Exceed expectations!

Easy to install. All parts including the wax ring and the floor bolts were in the box And the seat also.

Was super easy to install and follow the directions included.

Upgraded from the builder toliet. This is a little higher which is great and I love the dual flushing options to save on water. I have no issues at this point.

The product was a great fit.

Excellent performing toilet and easy installation. It was has a nice and short distance from the wall to fit in our tight space and cleared the bathroom door easily.

We bought this toilet in Sept of 2019, and I have loved the functionality, the fit (in the small bathroom), and aesthetics of it. Would buy another in a flash if I needed to replace one.

Works as expected, the only issue I encountered was the toilet was difficult to fit in the place of the old toilet. This one requires 12” clearance between the wall and the base mounting screws. I had to make a small hole in the wall to make fit it in place. Otherwise the installation was easy.

I made the decision to save money and got this over a Kohler. Issues: Dual flush doesn't really work. 1 gallon flush is OK for liquid only. The 1.6 gallon flush only provides a small amount of additional water. The first flush drops about 4 inches of water from tank. Second flush maybe 5.5 inches. The tank only empties about 50%. I was sure this wasn't right. I called Delta support. The guy on the phone was as helpful as he could be considering it was obvious he was only able to provide whatever information his computer gave him. He eventually called the product engineering group and they told him this was normal and to empty the entire tank you must hold down the flush button until it empties. Pretty awkward. In addition to this the bowl does not self clean at all. The water runs straight down the sides instead of swirling around. It simply doesn't clean the bowl. I miss my old Kohler and may end up replacing this with a Kohler.

I bought two of these toilets and had them shipped to the nearest store. They arrived in about a week. I brought them home and inspected them; they were well-packed in the boxes and undamaged. They were easy to assemble. I hired a plumber to remove my old toilets and install these because I wasn't certain that I could do it myself without problems. He installed both toilets in about two hours. They have been in service for three weeks so far with no problems. I like that they're a little higher than my old toilets, with nice deep bowls. At first I thought I would replace the plastic seats, but I haven't so far. They're okay.

Great but for they $$$$$, easy install, waiting to see savings in my water bill.

Works perfectly. Flushes very well given the reduce water required to perform. As for initial impressions, I am totally satisfied.

Installation of the toilet was easy and smooth because of some new features in the item. Toilet works well. The dual flush feature saves some water, which is good. I am happy with the toilet.

The toliet is nice. I'm not sure how much I like the top buttons and to get a complete flush the buttons need to be held for probably 3 secs. Which isnt a big deal except it's different from a normal handle toliet. Still not used to the chair height. I wasnt thinking it would feel so much higher but it does.

Basic, functionality is a over average- I am happy

Looks really good and was a very easy installation. Did not even require tools as special wrench supplied.

Nice toilet. Good height. Easy to install myself. Have to hold the button for a second for it to flush but I suppose I'll get over that. I like having two options of flush size.
