This is a very sturdy pan. Interestingly, I paired a Dreamline shower door with it, but the door says it needs a 3 inch threshold and this pan is less than that. Still worked but it was close.

Good, not great. Contractor was good with it. Had a small chip/crack on the back flange. It took so long to get here I wasn’t going to send it back. Got lost in mail, ordered another one, it was delayed in delivery. One day after I had to send my contractor home. Two showed up on my porch. Small items that HD delivers, including appliances, are fine. When they have to contract a carrier, nothing but problems. Had worst luck with rest of shower order. Don’t even ask about the shower doors.

False advertisement, this does not fit a standard drain. In order for that you require a coupler or reducer or a adapter which was impossible to find in-store and employees had no idea.

Just to clarify, all SlimLine shower bases are designed to accept a standard 2" compression-fitted PVC shower drain. I like the construction of these. They are solid and durable. All fiber glass and acrylic. No styrofoam or thin plastic. However the drain has been off center on the past 3. I’m ocd and like my shower heads, handles and drains to line up perfectly. So this caused issues in my assembly.

Put in two of these lately. For some reason the drain a wasn’t centered in either one. But these are much more durable than the delta classic y’all keep in stock. Those have styrofoam in them.

Cracked every time
We ordered this pan initially through our plumbing company and it was delivered cracked at the corner. We decided to go through Home Depot to get a larger one and two orders later they were both cracked, one at the corner and the other mid way on the top lip where the pan gets secured to the studs. The pan itself is beautiful however getting an intact one is a nightmare. We eventually gave up, got a refund, and built a shower pan the old school way.
