It’s beautiful but gives off very little heat. Very disaapointed

I gifted this to my grandparents last year for Christmas. They love being able to enjoy the patio all year round in Texas, especially now that they have heat! The heater matches the rest of the patio decoration and everyone is jealous. Love it!

This heater has been a great addition to our patio and will allow us to eat outside for an extra month

This outdoor heater is good quality and looks great. The manufacturer provides excellent customer service. Upon assembling, I was missing a screw. They immediately sent me a new one no questions asked. My only critique is that it is quite expensive relative to similar models. If you have the space and ceiling clearance for a taller heating unit, you may be able to find a comparable product for a much lower price.

We have not really used it yet, but we tried it. We were so impressed, that we ordered a second one. We are looking forward to lengthening our backyard experience.

If it wasn't for the fact that I severely cut my knuckle when reaching in to turn the gas valve on, I would have given this product a very good review. I cannot, however, endorse this product without providing any prospective buyer with a safety warning. The cut on my knuckle required 3 stitches. Also, this wasn't the first time I cut my knuckles on this product....horrible finish, sharp edges of sheet metal and no protective barriers or guards. I ended up putting two layers of electrical tape on the exposed edges.

Very nice looking heater with very good instructions for assembly. You do have to be careful with some sharp edges but overall very good quality. I really like the size - just the right height for the patio.

Arrived on time, and it was relatively easy to assemble. Once put together the unit looks very good and provides a very good amount of heat to the surrounding area. Not as far as it claims but I will say it makes the area around 5 to 8 feet comfortable in mild weather. The flame looks great providing a mesmerizing look of dancing flames while providing comfortable heat around the unitand like the safety features incorporated in the product.

We wish it dispersed out more heat to a larger area. When I was purchasing it and read that it had a 10 feet area of coverage I was thinking it would be radius and not the diameter which only lets it go 5 feet around the center point of the heater

Harder to put together than it have been. The parts were not labeled and at least one did not fit so my husband had to adjust. It looks great but you have to sit close to feel the heat.

I assembled myself and it was easy! Used once so far and easy to light. It has a pleasing look on the patio. Warmth is best for those sitting closest to the unit. I will purchase another one to spread more heat.

The product was easy to assemble. The visible flame centerpiece improved my ranking over other patio heaters.

Where's the heat? We had a 30 degree morning and I was so excited to use my new patio heater and set aside my little infrared heater, just knowing with 42,000 BTUs not only would I be warm but my dogs would stay on the patio with me. I didn't feel any heat at all and had to turn on my little infrared heater. After the patio heater had been on for about an hour with the flame turned on high, I stood in front of the heater and could feel the heat with my face 6" away from the glass tube (for the fire). The next morning it was 53 degrees and I turned on my patio heater and I could actually feel it farther away where I was sitting, the following morning it was 63 degrees and it seemed to work even better. However, I don't need a heater when it's 53 or 63 degrees outside. I need a heater when it's freezing cold! I like the size, 73", the battery start ignition, and that the pilot light is protected from the wind but it doesn't do me any good if it doesn't heat my area when I need it to.

we put this on a very windy patio and it has given off enough heat to keep four chairs very comfortable to 50 Degrees in the breeze. so it meets our expectations on output. The bronze finish is very attractive as is the flame. . Assembly was easier many reviewers report.

Arrived in perfect condition and was fairly easy to assemble. I haven’t needed it for heat yet since it is summer in the northeast, but it looks great and gives off beautiful light when it’s on.
