This is a fine grill, but I am not sure where the "Premier" features are. One of the touted features is porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates but I just don't see any trace of the coating. I assembled mine in about 2 hours with little trouble. Two of the tapped screw holes had defective threads and my doors did not line up well. Its sturdy and has good casters for moving around and two of them have locks. Only the doors and top cover are stainless steel. First light off went smooth. The spark ignitors worked well. The grill heated up to over 400F with one burner on at lowest setting. Has a nice full cover drip pan and grease catcher that are easy to remove for cleanup. I like the size and the side shelf surfaces. Side burner is a real plus.

Buyer be Aware - Fire Hazard
We have had this grill going 3 years. It has a grill plate and heat tents that collect grease. The grease builds up on the grill plate and doesn't drain, and thus becomes a fire hazard. I have had 2 grease fires with this grill. The second just today (04/24/2024). After the first fire, I replaced the grill plate and the heat tents. In addition, there are larger flames at both ends of the burners which can also contribute to issues. I

    Everything is as expected with the grill. My only problem was that there really needed instructions on taking the parts out of the shipping box. It took the almost an hour to figure out how to do it without damaging any parts.

    Grease Pan Rusted Out Just After Warranty
    Grill performed well; however, 1 year and 4 months later, the grease pan completely rusted out. Catch pan attachment separated from the pan and spilled everywhere. Went to change the propane tank and was shocked. Called Customer Service and they said the stated warranty is 1 year per the owners manual. Now I am noticing corrosion evidence at several other bolt locations. Save your money for a Weber - my last grill was a Genesis B and is still working!

      Not worth it
      In the 2 years that it did work, the temperature controls stopped working within in a year. The grill was either hot or cold and nothing in between. The entire under carriage of the grill shattered in less than 2 years of use.

        Poor ignition system
        To ignite the burners you just turn on the gas and it fires the ignition just once for that burner. You have to try to peek down and see if the burner is actually lite. It usually takes a few times turning the gas off and back on to get one more spark to ignite the gas. Even the users guide says it may take up to 5 times turning the gas on and off for a burner to get it to ignite. Our old Dyna-Glo had a push button and I just turned on all the burners and held down the button to fire the igniter a few times and everything ignited. This new design really sucks in my opinion. I chose this model because it had fold down side shelves which I really like.

            A very nice small grill
            A good choice for my wife and I. Took about 2-1/2 hours to assemble. Illustrations in instructions could be bigger. Really like the full size drip tray and detachable drip pan. Everything worked well the first time I used it: pork tenderloin, chicken and veggies. Expect to have many years of use.

            Heat shields
            After a few uses it appears that maybe because of metal differences or something that either the heat shields contract or the grill expands. The heat shield will drop directly onto the burner. And they never fit afterwards. This has happened to each of my 4 burner drip Shields.

              Bought June 23, 2022, and used it only a few times. The back portion of the firebox has warped so bad that the fire diverters and grill plates no longer sit correctly. Cannot use it. I noticed other reviews with the same issues and in the same time frames of only a month or two of use. Will do a follow-up review if company makes it right.

                Dyna-Glo 2-burner
                It's nice, I like it. A little time to put together. Shipped in one piece. 2 burner is quick to heat up and cook. Little propane usage while propane prices are high. I like how the clean up pans are designed.

                  Poorly made grill
                  I bought this grill in Feb 20 after 20+ years of using a Weber. 1. The firebox warped. 2. Metal has continuously flaked off the grills. 3. 2 of 4 flavors bars have burned through. 4. The flame comes out over the sides of the flavor bars. 5. Cooking is very difficult because the burners are too close to the grills. I've burned a lot of food because of these things. I believe this is a result of poor design and quality. Never had this problem with Weber. I'll never buy another Dyna-Glo product!

                    Packaging was very well accomplished and orderly. Instructions were outstanding. All items were well marked for identity, and the hardware uniquely identified on back of each type so identity could not be questioned or missed. At age 81, I was able to complete the assembly inside of 4/5 hours by myself...and didn't have to think too hard!
