This trap is a great concept, but application leaves a lot to be desired. It's really great at trapping moths and the such, but doesn't do very well with mosquitos.

Works fairly well, but being only a few feet from it, I’m still getting bitten by mosquitos. 70% reduction of mosquitos so not too bad.

The product seems to be doing the job.

Maybe it’s because we have an over abundance of mosquitos (but then again it should have a very full canister) it has not preformed as advertised. I’m kinda disappointed.

It catches a wide variety of flying insects. We have noticed a huge decrease in the flies that were getting into our house, however, we are still being eaten alive by mosquitoes.

It does what it says it'll do. Kills mosquitos, moths and other insects.

original purchase worked at first but the fan quit. Second one the fan never worked. Returned and didn't try again. Great idea and would work well if it actually worked.

Good idea. But, fan stopped working after a few days...making it a bug attractor.

I relied on other reviews before I purchased but this is not actually effective for mosquitoes. About 90% were moths, bugs and other not really harmful insects. We need something that can really trap mosquitoes. Misleading...

Bought this in early March with mosquito and June Bug season approaching. Have left it plugged in and turned on since then. I live on a golf course, so the “no see em’s” and ankle biters love my back yard. This thing has done an amazing job of allowing us to spend time back there without getting eaten to death. I’ve had maybe one or two bites all season as opposed to 10 or more bites an hour in the past. Really happy with it. Well with the money.

1) Assertion that titanium oxide provides carbon dioxide is 'snake oil', or BS. You pick. 2) Works primarily on attraction to light. This is a problem in Alaska during mosquito season. Insufficient darkness to allow light to be effective. 3) It TRAPS bugs, does NOT KILL th. therefore, when you open the trap TO EMPTY IT ADTER A WEEK, MANY bugs, including mosquitoes, are still alive AND FLY AWAY. 4) Traps LITS of bugs ither than mosquitoes.

Works well, placed by woods, lots of mosquitoes inside, only a few moths.

The trap works, but the fan start to squeak after 4 months.

Bought one 30 minutes later light bulb went out, returned to store. Purchased 2nd one. Plugged it in light went off after 17 seconds, called dynatrap & was advised that they would send me a new bulb or I could return it to the store for replacement. I returned this one to the store & purchased a bug zapper.

Not working as advertised. Will try moving to a new location to see if that makes a difference. If not, it will be going back to the store.

Bought to alleviate our mosquito problem in town. Fan has never worked, so broke straight from the box. Too much trouble to take it back to Home Depot since their service sucks. Now it’s just a purple light. Don’t buy this unless you are a masochist with more money than sense.

Horrible Trying to figure out how to se d it back and get my money back

been up over a week now. Main purpose of buying was flys. I have caught some misquitoes and gnats, but only one fly. They are flying all around it as if they are laughing at it!

I have this on my back deck. I was doubtful it would make a difference in the amount of bugs but it is amazing! I’ve had it a week and emptied the trap today. So many dead bugs and mosquitos! I can now enjoy the back deck without getting eaten by insects!

The motor has stop working. The light is still lit, but no motor.
