I bought it sept 9 and the fan stop working. It is really disappointed that I paid this much for these . It doesn’t cover 1/2 acre either :/

I bought two. Right out of the box one of the two did not work. The light lit but the fan did not work. Not sure about quality control.

Seems to be doing what it said and is killing bugs. We have noticed a lot less mosquitoes, flies and other insects now around our pool. Enjoying it!!

Catches more moths than anything and the fan lasted a week even though it says to leave it on 24/7

It definitely keeps the flying bugs away from my back door. I'm very pleased :)

I had to work with the trap door to make sure it closed or leave it turned on. I found a reasonable number of skeeters caught once I figured it out. Haven't caught any mosquitos. Couple moths but it's not full at all.

I has not collected mosquitos only moths. I have another (same brand) at a house in Florida that seems to do a much better job.

Total crap.... 2 units first one didn't work at all and the second one turns off by itself if you just breathe on it. 3rd review that they haven't posted yet. I'm so disappointed I want to make sure my review gets posted.

The first one I got the fan did not work. I had to take it back to the store and exchange it. The second one worked for two days and the fan stopped on that one also. I did not trap any flies in the basket at all.

Ia anyone know if it works for flies? I read the instructions and it says flies too but its been in my back yard for almost a week and it hasnt catch any flies

Plugged it in where desired, noticed the fan didn't turn on but thought "not sure if this is supposed to run constantly?" then left it for 2 1/2 days while looking into the fan. Went to check on it and noticed no change. After a bit of research online because the instructions did not specify, I realize the fan just doesn't turn on with the unit I've purchased. Best advice I was given? "Unclog all the bugs & debris in the trap." Hard to attempt considering the trap never got more than 5 bugs.

Never had a insect trap you had to buy so much crap for that lasts as long as a heat spell. You have to buy scent bags to attract more insects, bulbs only work 3000 hrs- thats 125 days. I had bug zappers that worked YEARS without replacing bulbs. I bought this on a recommondation, boy were they wrong. This is a piece of crap!!!!’ Ive not had it for a yr and have replaced the bulb twice, had to buy the scent packets, and I did better with YardGard and Off! It would have been cheaper if id bought Tiki Torches and fuel! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

We ended up buying 2 of these and having to return both. First one, the buld didnt work. I bought a replacment bulb for it and it still didnt work. We returned all of that to purchase a new one. Get home and the light on the new one works but not the fan. For $105, you would think it would work out of the box but thats not the case. Do not waste your time with this product!

The Dynatrap is easy to get started and attracts some bugs but not really enough to make a difference.
