I bought this thing two years ago, the only issue I had is that my dog ate the remote and i have to set everything manually. But it was an amazing product, I kept getting sick and having headaches while sleeping in my camper on vacations, but after i bought this bad boy no allergy issues. They should make buying replacement parts more friendly with the search bar. Strongly recommend for guys that live or camp alot in an RV.

I gave it as a gift to my daughter. I hope it works well.

I was an early adopter of this model (like so many of the products Dyson makes), purchasing my several first years ago at full retail. When I recently came across one that was refurbished for about half the cost, I initially hesitated because I have never had good experiences with other refurbed products in the past but knowing the brand’s reliability in our 8 other products we own, I pulled the trigger and could not be happier! Minus a couple of minor scratches here and there that I touched up with some paint pens, it’s perfect! In far better cosmetic shape than the first one given all the use it has gotten over the years and it works exactly as I have come to expect. I’m actually thinking about getting one more. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a ranch style condominium and this works perfectly. In the past 14 years I've had a number of different heaters but this one works the best. In addition it purifies the air and cools in the summer.

Like others have said, it started giving an E for error message after the warranty expires and can't be used anymore. I'm so disappointed that such an expensive machine only lasted 2.5 years. I contacted Dyson support to see if they can help make an exception for me since my machine is only 2.5 years old but no was all I got. I've been a longterm Dyson customer but my recent experience with their machines failing after 1-2 years leads me to look elsewhere. Our Dyson vacuum broke last year after only about a year but luckily it was still under warranty an we were able to get it replaced.

The battery for the remote was dead

It does an amazing job of heating my basement home office and is quiet enough that I can leave it on during on line meetings

I absolutely love this. Use it in my motor home. Cools and heats perfectly without me having to run my ovehead unit. Have recommended to many of my RV friends.

Very expensive Like a regular fan not more

I love it! Our building does not have individual thermostats in each apartment so once they convert for the season you only get either/or heat or air. This unit helps bridge the gap on both ends. It’s nice looking and easy to use.

We purchased the HP01 as supplemental heat and fan in our RV. It has been perfect for taking the chill off on cool nights and adding a breeze when it’s warm. We’ve also used it on our 3 season porch. We are very pleased with this purchase.

OK great machine! Keeps my room warm and it cleans the air.I have my office in the basement It keeps me warm. It’s very cold in our basement and it heats the room very well.

So far I've used it only in cooler weather. It heats a 500 square foot room nicely while purifying the air. The HEPA filter seems to do a good job taking dust out of the air.

I’m happy with the Dyson unit, it heats the room up nicely. My only complaint is that it does not automatically turn back on after it reaches desired temperature at which point it turns off.

I liked this product so much that I bought a second one. I use it to reduce pollen and pet dander. At the same time, I get a space heater for the winter and can cool off my sunroom and an added room during the summer. I bought one a year ago and the other a couple of months ago. I haven't had issues with either.

Great engineering. Does what it's supposed to and does it well.

The Dyson heater + fan does not always oscillate. We have read the manual and can not seem to find a solution.
