EZ handrail does not return emails, and hangs up when I call.. There are no parts included in this kit for mounting it to matching aluminum posts. Prepare yourself for another trip to the hardware store for bolts and matching black paint. They save 2c to cost you another $20.

Easy install, comes with the hardware and drill bits needed, gorgeous, and bombproof solid.

The handrail is made well and heavy duty. It was easy for my husband to install. It will save us from falling as we head up or down the steep steps on the side of our home. I would recommend it.

Perfect handrail for a short set of stairs. Mounted outdoors and I am confident it will last. Very well built. First one was delivered with no hardware (looked like the box may have opened just big enough for the hardware to slip out). Returned it easily at a Home Depot and re-ordered with no issues.

Extremely well built and works as intended. I installed on the outside of house for my elderly father to get in the house . Liked it so well installed another just inside doorway to help him in and out the door. It was easy install.

Well made a very sturdy. I was surprised at how heavy the gauge of the metal was—there’s no flex in the tubing at all. It’s an outdoor handrail, but the finish looks like it will be very durable.

This was a very useful and nice looking product for us to use on steep outdoor stairs.

This is a great product! I was looking around for a product that would not rot like my wooden exterior hand rail. It includes an aluminum hand rail, and stainless steel bolts and screws--so it should last outside for a very very long time. The price was very reasonable, and was shipped to my home quickly. It was very easy to install--basically two bolts and four screws. One pleasant surprise was how my miter saw cut right through the hand rail like it was a piece of wood, so I was able to get a perfect cut and the exact length I needed.

Easy to install with screws between bricks on our stairway off deck. One cap is too loose so we will glue when the weather gets warmer
