Used these for front porch on new construction. Much easier than forming and pouring. Getting level, plumb, and elevation even is a little protracted but great product.

THESE ARE SLICK!!! Sure beats the brains out of pouring cement. The only draw-back is the size of hole needed. In my case, because the footings needed to be placed so close together, i decided to just dig a trench. Super easy to install after that; back-fill, done ... BOOM!

Tried to put an anchor n one of the stacks and the side crumbled off. The rest of the stacks worked fine

The EZ Tubes worked great for my sunroom addition. It was 15 degrees outside and too cold to pour concrete piers, so I tried these. They worked great! I dug a hole about 25" in diameter down to firm soil and below the frost line, put in 4-5" of stone with fines, compacted it, and dropped in the EZ Tube base and rod. I ran a couple of beads of 100% silicon around the base and started stacking the cylinders, caulking each joint with silicon. Once the top of the pier of a few inches above grade I put on a post base, tightened the nut, and cut off the excess rod. I then aligned and squared the piers and the carpenters were able to begin framing as soon as I was done. A great system!.

The concept is good and I like that each piece is light enough so that it can be lifted albeit 100 lbs isn't exactly light. But, certainly more manageable than a one piece precast pier.My complaints are that the casting isn't great and some pieces fit tight to each other while others don't. I will try to attach a photo. Also, you really don't know the exact height of the pier until you have finished assembling it and at that point it's a little late to add or subtract an inch. Even the instructions say the assembled height is ABOUT 50" which is a little bit loose. And, there is suppose to be caulking between each unit so if that isn't uniform, that affects the height too.Lastly, one of the pieces broke as I was picking it up. I can still use it but the concrete should be tougher than that. And for sure, all the rest were okay and only one broke--out of 28.

Great product. Cost a little more than traditional cement and sonnet tubes but Saved tons of time.I’d definitely use these again

Much better than cardboard tubes and poured concrete.As the name implies - EZ to install.Provided technical data to county code enforcement and received approval.

Much easier to install than pouring concrete.

The tube were a little heavy but because they come in sections we did not need heavy equipment to install them.

Price was low, but Quality seemed low

This is a great product. Being able to roll everything to the hole makes moving easy. The fit between pieces feels solid but still allows some play to fine tune the leveling. The only caveat I might add is that the delivery truck was without a liftgate. I happen to have a forklft, but be prepared to unload it out of semi trailer a piece at a time otherwise.

My goodness this is good. I was able to put a pier in under the corner of a jacked up barn. It took a little thinking but all went well.1. No mixing of concrete.2. No worry about freezing.3. Didn’t have to wait for backfill inspection. Inspector did his thing with it already in place.

Well formed casting and good design make this product easy to use. Results were superior.

EZ tube folks are good people to deal with. The EZ tube saves you from forming, mixing and pouring a lot of concrete.

I think this is a really great product it worked fantastic the only thing is I wish you sold just a base because I have two sections left.

WoW! These are great. Easy to move with instant time and cost savings to any project. The free shipping really makes it convienent for timeline and phase planning. Hardware is included and neccecary. It Could be better If it had a simple heavy guage wire/ reabar structure, however its perfect for many projects as-is. Id rather have wire/rebar instead of the included harware......allthread rod,bearing plates, nuts and washers included.. I highly reccomend this product and the Ez-tube brand.

The company is by far the nicest people that I have ever talked to over the phone about a product, they answered all of my questions to help me with my project. Who likes mixing cement?? Free freight shipping to boot... took about 10 days. Easy install, but a bit tough to get plumb and level.
