I like the product very much. I bought three. Two bathrooms and the shop. I use the bathroom ones for boosters. They handle the hot water needs for hand and face washing instantly. I wish they were smaller. I would have preferred the 1-gallon size. The 12-amp load works perfectly with 12/2 wire and a 15-amp breaker.

Easy install. Does what it’s designed to do. Great price.

easy to mount, similar to any of the other brands....thermostat has to be turned up 90% of the way to get 110 degree water...hopefully it lasts awhile.

We couldnt get it to work hot wont come thru .My husband trade was a plumbler and he hook it up and cant get hot water to come thru. We called the company to get some tech help but they wont call u back .hou have to make appointment for them to help u. It was money down the drain for us.In my book they dont need a start at all bc i cant use the heater.

At this point this small water is working quite well. My customer is happy with this replacement. There was a different brand at this location, that was no longer available. I feel quite confident that this unit will fill the point of use replacement. Thank-you.

Along with a relatively simple installation, the unit provided warm water on demand with adjustability per the heat. Running strong for 2 months currently with daily usage.

A great little heater for under the sink…fairly easy installation too.

Heater works great! It fit under my kitchen sink nicely. I had a previous connection to a water circulator that did not work well so making the connection to the new heater was a snap. My wife loves the instant HOT water.

Water heater was easy to install myself. It’s great to have hot water at my fingertips in my garage!

I needed a small portable instant hot water heater for a bathroom remodel in my detached garage. This fit the bill perfectly! 4 gallons is enough for those longer hand and tool washing jobs and I like that I'm not heating 20-40 gallons several times a day. I had one cold-water line coming in, split off of it to create 2 lines. One went directly to the faucet cold water line and the other went to the cold water inlet of the tank. Then I just ran a 16" line from the tank hot water outlet to the faucet hot water inlet. Instant hot water.

It was easy to install,and had hot water in a matter minutes.

We just needed a point source water heater, and this totally fits the bill! It was super easy to install, heats enough water for a shower, and really has been great.

About 20 minutes to heat from cold. It IS only 4 gallons, so not much volume, but it does the job well.

This really helped the situation here and very happy with the purchase.
