Beautiful sink installed 5 years ago when we redid countertops. A thin crack began on side wall, expanding with continued use and started leaking. Reached out to Elkay for warranty and was told it was from an impact (based on photos of the expanded crack) and thus wasn't covered, in addition to not having the 5-year old receipt. This was a normal use sink without a known impact-- the crack occurred with normal use. beautiful sink. worthless warranty. keep your receipt.

I had this sink installed with a new countertop in my kitchen, I like the size and depth, if only the sink with drain ! Water and food particles get left behind because of poor pitch of the drain hole. Home depot chose this sink for me as part of my countertop install project and if I had only know this would be a problem, I would not have chosen this sink. I even had the countertop company come and look at the leveling to make sure it that wasn't the problem, which it wasn't.

Sure, it may not be "up to today's modern design" but this is a very good value for the average person and you get more than what you pay for with its polished edges and crisp lines. It looks and feels a bit deeper than the average 8" sink. Comes with all the hardware you need other than your choice of plumbers putty or silicone for the drain and perimeter sealing. Direct drop-in for all your standard size cabinets/countertops. The steel is thick enough to resist most dents, yet thin enough to drill through to add for a sprayer, filter, or soap dispenser as I have here. Instructions are very detailed and thorough. Right out of the box it looks stunning so if you took care of it, it may look top-notch for a while!

I purchased this sink in July and within a week it had cloudy stains and scratches all over it. Since the first scratch, I am VERY careful with the sink and even tell guests to be gentle or leave their plates on the counter. I clean it with barkeepers friend and I’ve even refinished it (using the directions on their website) but there is no way to keep this sink looking decent. I’ve given up. I reached out to the manufacturer and all they offered was a grid for the bottom of the sink (which does nothing for the damage that is already done.) DO NOT buy this sink, especially if you are bothered by stains and scratches. It doesn’t matter how careful you are, normal daily use (I am a single person with no kids) will look like you’ve been throwing shards of metal and glass in the basin.

This Elkay Parkway 20 gauge stainless steel 33x22 double bowl Drop in kitchen sink is a beautiful self rimming kitchen sink. This kitchen sink is heavy duty and very well made. The Stainless steel makes this kitchen sink very easy to take care. This kitchen sink will make any kitchen look modern. Comes with great installation instructions to make it easy to install.

Great stainless steel 33 in.³ double ball drop in sink. The sink comes with all the hardware needed to install. The sink also has three holes so may not accommodate any sort of soap dispenser you’re looking for unless you are comfortable with that soap dispenser being underneath or next to the sink itself. The sink does not come with the drain so you will need to buy that. Overall great item for the price. Great for a rental unit.

The drawback was that we had to purchase the drains, and faucet separately. However, this did give us the option of choosing our own accessories. We had a professional put the sink in and instillation went smoothly. He needed to cut the counter top about ¼ “wider to accommodate the sized of the new sink. Since, stainless steel tends to scratch, we purchased a sink bowl rack to prevent damage to the bottom when putting metal objects in the sink. The deep bowls make cleaning items easier and I prefer having two bowls rather than one. Overall, I do like this sink and was a nice upgrade from our old porcelain one.

1 week of use RUSTY spots. Leave a pot in the sink for the next day you will have a stain in your sink. Reusable straw also left a mark, travel coffee cup, sponge holder. You can't leave anything metal in it for overnight. Really bad quality.

The Elkay Parkway 33" Double Drop In Sink is an easy upgrade. The sink is made of 20 gauge steel and has a brushed finish. The offset drain holes, straight walls and rounded corners mean more space on the sink floor and easier cleaning. This sink can accept either a 3 hole faucet or a one hole faucet with cover plate. This is a large sink and a minimum 36" cabinet is required. This is a pretty nice sink for a very reasonable price.

Today my new Elkay Double Bowl Sink and new faucet was installed and I absolutely love it! The sinks are so much deeper than the previous sink! The stainless steel material looks absolutely amazing! The pipe connections for the sink needed to be adjusted due to the new sink depth. I do recommend that the faucet be connected to the sink before installation as it cuts down on the difficulty of installation. I love this sink and recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised with this SS Double Bowl sink. Drop in installation.....pretty easy. Offset drains. Being a 20 gauge weight, it isn't the heaviest nor sturdiest available but with normal everyday usage, it's a good choice for us budget conscience doitourselfers. We need to upgrade a sink//faucet set in rental unit and this works very well. Stylish, simple and clean. Very usable!

Elkay Parkway 20-Gauge Stainless Steel 33 in. Double Bowl Drop-In Kitchen Sink This sink looks great in my newly remodeled apartment kitchen. Attractive, reasonably priced, and is made in the USA of 20 gauges stainless steel, and it is just what I wanted for apartment redo. Heavy duty and deep tenant love it. I replaced a 6 inch stainless steel sink that was more than 30 years old. I wanted an 8 inch sink so I purchased this almost 9 inch deep. I do like the deep basins and is very easy to install.

Basic sink quality....... pretty thin....but nice sink....great if you want a dual double bowl that is reasonably deep. Came well packaged and in perfect condition. Drop in bowl...so you can replace this quicly and easily. 3 holes for the faucet installation, bummer...because I think 1 hold is better, but that is a personal choice. Good basic sink....

This stainless sink is designed to drop into the counter top and has three holes for the faucet and valves. Single hole version is also available. It is mounted using standard clips which re inserted into a U-channel around the perimeter of the sink. Sound proofing is minimal, just a few small pads on 6 of the 8 surfaces, other models feature continuous spray-on coating. The 20-gauge stainless is fairly thin and deforms easily. The bowls are 8 1/2" deep and feature a large radius between walls and bottom, the flat area inside each bowl is only 10"x12". The large radius limits the amount of space, but makes it easy to clean. It does not include an installation template. The same company offers a different line, which does not have the aforementioned limitations Still, this is an economic solution for your kitchen,

The Elkay Parkway 20-Gauge Stainless Steel Sink was the perfect choice to replace my old tired porcelain sink, I also chose an Elkay faucet to compliment the beautiful stainless steel sink. The sink has a beautiful stainless steel luster, it just looks great, and the 9 inch deep sinks are all I will ever need. The sinks have a insulation pad on several sides which help keep the noise down when you bang a pan on it. Installation was fairly easy, after the the old sink was out the new one went right in. I did replace a few items like the shut off valves and I had to get 2 new 31/2" sink drops that go in the sink drain holes. After setting the sink in the hole, the preinstalled rail around the under side of the sink made it easy to attach the clips to hold it in place. Then hooked the plumbing back up and presto a new beautiful sink in a couple of hours I could not be more pleased

We absolutely recommend the Elkay Brand, we have Elkay in our Home, and have never once had any issues at all, nothing but great quality, and good looking performing Faucets, and Sinks. As always with all Elkay Products it came packaged very well with no problems at all. This Elkay Sink is going to be installed in our Kitchen, when we finish doing remodeling. We have had Stainless Steel Sinks by Elkay in the past and know that they are high quality products. This Elkay Parkway Sink has a sound Deadening coating for noise suppression. It is made of 20 Gauge Stainless Steel for it's durability and for lasting use for years and years. It has a beautiful satin finish which will retain it's beauty for years to come, that is great to know. It is a very high quality nice design sink. Installation is made easy by the fact that it uses a U-Channel on the underside edges of the sink. The two sides of the sink are a 50/50 split. They are 8.85 IN. Deep to accommodate your largest pans and also kitchen accessories. The interior of each side is 14 IN. Wide and 15.75 Front to Back. Total width of the sink from left to right is 33 IN. Total Depth of the sink from Front to Back is 22 IN. The cut out size is 32.375 IN. Wide and 21.375 IN. Deep. Mounting Type is Drop In, it has 3 holes for your faucet and depending if you use a single hole faucet you can use one of the other holes for a soap dispenser, or a faucet sprayer and all of these items are not included. The Elkay Parkway Stainless Steel 3 hole sink, arrived. It is a perfect 33 inch, Double Bowl Drop In Kitchen sink. The 20 Gauge stainless steel is the perfect sink for my kitchen. Elkay is the number one selling kitchen sink and it is true Quality. They offer other items that will compliment any room including laundry, with preparation, bar and bath. The drop in is a perfect addition to the kitchen in my case. Quality with Elkay and no disappointments.

DOUBLE BOWL DROP-IN KITCHEN SINK, SILVER This is a nice sink that i am going to install in one of my apartments just waiting on the faucet that i ordered that should be coming in a few days, I really like Elkay sinks i have used them in the past and they are long lasting and easy to install, Elkay sinks have a great finish and they have sound pads on the bottom side.

I have to say this was less than I expected! It's stainless steel however it's not a heavy gauge ! I WAS going to use it to replace my porcelain double sink but i will not be using this one to do so. It's very light weight if that appeals to you that's a plus! However for me that's not I prefer a heavier gauge of steel !. The drains are bigger in circumference compared to an average kitchen sink and they're not centered! However that may be just what some people are looking for ? If it's a new plumbing install good but it won't work with my existing plumbing and I don't want the added expense! Perhaps this is the NEW thing for sinks light weight and LARGE drains that are not in center of each bowl? I can't give it a high rating as it is not as it's description depicted ! If you're doing a new kitchen or new plumbing this will work I don't recommend as a replacement sink unless you're doing new plumbing! NOTE: The first image is of my sink drain to show you how it compares in size to the stainless one

I installed this sink about four years ago and now totally regret it. The sales associate at the time was praising the practicality and value of these sinks. Although I was satisfied with the function for the most part, that all changed when it cracked. I was thawing out some frozen meat and apparently the temperature change caused it to crack. Unknowingly, I had filled the sink with water afterwards and walked away for a few hours. When I came back, there was water all over my hardwood floors in front of the sink (which has caused the wood to buckle). Looking under the sink, I saw that a 12” long crack had formed in the sink. To replace it, will entail removing the countertop, since it is an undermount sink. Elkay will replace the sink at no cost, but will not compensate for the damages incurred, which will probably cost a couple of thousand dollars. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SINKS !!!

I love this sink. I kept going back and forth between two sinks and I couldnt risk it and I went with this one and I am glad I did. This is a durable heat resistant sink. It is well made, it was delivered with no issues and the quality is top notch. The sink is huge. I am able to wash and rinse with no problems. My pots and pans all fit with no issues. I love that there is no divider. The edges of the sinks are a little bit tilted in order to prevent the water from accumulating there. It is stain friendly. I dont have to wash it like I did with my previous white sink. I just rinse it and that is it. I love the statement it makes and I would definitely buy it again.

The only issue I have on this sink is that it really scratches easily in daily use. Two adults in the home. Install and other things were good and the drain is fine. But man does it scratch easy. Overall I can't recommend this. In the last 5 years we are done 5 different kitchen remodels on various properties. This brand of sink scratched the easiest.

We installed our sink when we remodeled exactly 4 years ago. It has worked well for use for the most part until now. While washing dishes using hot water, the sink completely split open. We were not doing anything out of the ordinary, so it was very surprising and unexpected.

As other reviewers noted the Crosstown Elkay sink is poor quality stainless. Easily scratches (doesn’t include a rack). Also water stains are clearly visible. The Crosstown line doesn’t utilize the Elkay repair kits for stainless polishing and repair. They recommend sandpaper and wet sanding with the grain! Check out other stainless models that are condusive to the Elkay repair kit for stainless care or look at another company. Home Depot needs to pull this line from their inventory ASAP. So far so good. I LOVE my giant monster sink! We are still finishing up the kitchen but the sink is functional and cleans easily. I love the color, the size, the ease of cleaning and the look. People have made positive comments on my pictures. I cant wait for the pandemic to ease so I can have a party again!

The sink cracked under stresss. I cant find my receipt so i can request a replacement. Now i have a caulk sink till im able to replace the defective product

It is disappointing that the sink is beautiful but it’s not durable and scratches way too easily. I had no choice and was stuck keeping it because the contractor couldn’t come another day to install another sink for me. And I don’t cook a lot which means less dishes to clean and I notice it scratches way too easily regardless even with little use . I had my kitchen remodeled and it’s a shame that I have a new sink that Can’t look as beautiful as it should because of the scratches. A sink should be made durable and scratch resistant but this one is too delicate . I wish there was a way to remove the scratches. I guarantee you I am not the only customer with this issue so that being said the manufacture should include some kind of polisher kit to remove the scratches. It’s not worth the money if the quality of it is not there due to the sink looking all scratched up immediately.. I’m definitely not a happy customer. Plus it’s stains so easily with watermarks and I have to dry the sink with a microfiber towel every time I get the sink wet.
