I really like this level. It is the perfect not too small and not too big torpedo level. I used it this summer building a clubhouse and the 10" length was perfect in the smaller areas. I like that it is very solid and durable not to mention accurate. I have had to no issues with using it whatsoever. The magnetic edge really makes a difference that I will only purchase them from now on.

The True Blue 10'' / 254mm Rare Earth Magnetic Torpedo Level, works very well and is accurate Has nice features like rare earth magnets, all metal frame, ruler groove, surface grip and blue e-band vials. The Empire True Blue torpedo level is a great little level. At 10 inches, it fits easily into most any tool bag or box. In your hand, it feels well made, solid and substantial without being heavy. Because it's magnetic, it frees up both hands for work when leveling metal objects like appliances. The bubbles are highly visible, leaving no doubt when you find the right position. Another piece of the well-thought-out design is the ruler groove in the top, which holds a ruler in place when you're making multiple marks at precise intervals on a level line. Surfaces are machined making this a highly accurate level and you can always be certain of its accuracy. I also found comfort in the fact that the Empire level is made in the USA.

Easy to use with good instructions

Nice light weight level. Magnet is okay, not as strong as my Klein torpedo level but wanted a separate tool kit for class. Good price and quality, bought in store and magnet was better than others and fits nice in a canvas zipper tool bag and in work pant pockets.

Not made for commercial use. Magnets are weak. They’ll break your heart when your 20 ft in the air.

Easy to read in low light with the white background, nice sharp corners and edges, good magnets.
