One light was damaged, but did install it anyway. It was functional but the metal frame was dented. Otherwise, delivery time was good and the associate that helped me was great.

Nothing fancy, just LED goodness
This fixture is basically a ready-built retrofit LED fluorescent strip light. That’s good for replacing existing industrial-look strip lights to keep a common theme. It is nothing fancy: basically an old fluorescent metal shell without the ballast inside, and with full feature LED tubes by Espen that do all the magic. The tubes get full 120v main power and have built in circuitry to illuminate the LEDs.
I mention all this because there are newer style fixtures that take advantage of what can be done with LEDs meaning much lower profile, etc. But that doesn’t always make sense if you are going with a consistent look. If you want the standard strip light look that’s been popular for over 50 years, these work great.
And along with this comes all the benefits of LEDs: less energy, consistent light, fast turn on, low or no noise, low heat.
Installation is assisted by a quick connector. This gives you a few assist options when connecting the electric while the fixture is not yet mounted. Otherwise, the fixture can be mounted in various ways as there are many mounting holes and options.
Pretty easy to install just remove one the socket holder in the middle to access the knockout then insert the feed wire into the fixture screw to mounting surface, install all lamp holders make sure you put wired ones in the middle as they are the only ones that have to be wired, wirenut the socket wires to your power supply install the cover plates on fixture then install the lamps. Remember the lamp with the label goes on the power side (middle of fixture) and turn with label up then you are ready to turn of the power an be amazed very bright light. I used above my installation table and lights up the surface very nicely, much better than the 2 lamp T*5's I had there before
Tube-style fluorescent lights seem to be going the way of the dinosaur, and it couldn’t come sooner. Gone are ballasts that steal efficiency and go bad, the flickering tubes, codes requiring special protection for those fragile tubes in the fixtures, and problems storing the tubes. Then there are the special hazardous disposal requirements. Replacing fluorescents are fixtures of the same look, but with LED bulbs. Among the many advantages are that they consume less energy, and are instant-on full brightness at all temperatures.
That leaves two basic options for replacements if you want to use LEDs in same style of light fixture. One is a tube that fits the existing fluorescent fixture with no additional modification. These seem to be fraught with problems in my experience, mostly due to the fact that they are very finicky about the ballasts that they will work with. The other option are tube bulbs where each bulb contains the necessary electronics (internal drivers) to convert the line voltage to the direct current needed for the LEDs to operate. This is the type of bulb included with this fixture and they will operate on any AC voltage from 120 to 277. It is often easier and cheaper to replace the entire fixture than modify the existing one to work with this type bulb. That is what I did with this fixture and it took about 15 minutes, mostly climbing up and down the ladder.
This is about as basic of an LED tube fixture that is available. No frills or special design. Made of painted thin 24 gauge sheet metal (maximum), it is not really what I would expect for commercial or industrial use but fine for a residential shop or garage. Designed so that they may be installed end-to-end for as long as you want. No provision included for a cord connection, although you could certainly wire it with one. There is some assembly of the parts, probably to make shipping easier, but it only takes a couple minutes. And don’t loose the tiny clip that holds the channel cover or the whole job will suddenly get more difficult.
A word about the tubes: Included with mine were two ecoFlex 4000K light spectrum color tubes made by Espen. These seem to be made of glass, not plastic like some models, which may have benefits such as not deforming in heat, as well as drawbacks such less impact resistance. Too soon to tell how long it will last, but although lightweight, I foresee no problems as long as these are quality bulbs. Time will tell.
LED light fixtures are simple to install. Taking down the old heavy, high energy user was a task. Installation was easy I did it myself. Only problem I had was it only came with ends for two tubes as in the picture. I am going to have to go and pick up two ends to finish the installation. they are non powered ends and it only came with two of the four needed. As is I have light and it is bright enough as is for now at least I am not in the dark. 8^)). It actually lit up the room much better.
We are sorry that you received an incorrect fixture. Please contact us at info@cordelia.com so that our Customer Service Staff may follow up on getting correct replacement fixtures sent to you.

installed in the garage two weeks ago so not a review on longevity.
Pros: inexpensive, easy to install. Sufficiently natural and bright.
Cons: bulbs are not packed well and 2 of 8 arrived inop. Had to get a replacement a week later and the product return making 2 unnecessary trips.
I would buy again.

Bought 2, tested both on the ground. One didn't work. Second one worked on the ground and didn't work after we mounted it. Cheap plastic connectors prevent the lights from working. Why would they sacrifice a $30 unit to save 10 cents to get a better connector?

Poor Assembly
Too many parts to assemble.
White ballast/wire cover shield much too difficult to attach once fixture is screwed to ceiling and in place. Used clear packing tape to attach cover.
No instructions. I do not recommend.

The order came in and was destroyed by the shipper.
We had to reorder another product and are now also having problems with the shipper. This part of the order is rated at below zero. This has totally set back the construction project $$$

Envirolight T8 White strip Fixture
Bought two of these lights for my basement. Because of a medical issue, I couldn't install them until now. Installation was very easy and went well. They do light up well. My only issue is when I hooked them up and turned them on, two bulbs did not work. I changed the bulbs into different sockets, but it is still not working. I guess I can do nothing about that since it took me so long to install them. That is my only reason for two stars. If they had shipped their product in a more secure manner and the bulbs had worked, it would have been five stars.
