I don't know if I liked it or not because when I got home it wasn't with the other things I bought. I tried to call the store to see if anyone had turned it in, but I was put on hold for 10minutes and then my call was disconnected.

I have installed the rope and it seems to be doing fine. Unfortunately, I don't know about reliability because vendors want people to rate stuff immediately after they purchase it (like this review). These kind of reviews are rarely accurate. Who knows, the stuff could break tomorrow.
