I don't have any spare space in my garage. Everything is on rolllers. I couldn't figure out where to store plywood. I built a plywood rack that slides under the boat trailer. I used one 3/4" sheet of plywood. I built a frame from four 2x4s, using my Kreg pocket hole jig to fasten the frame together. I then used GRK self drilling, self countersinking 1 1/2" construction screws to fasten the plywood to the frame, sinking the heads slightly below the surface. I have two Ryobi cordless impact drivers...one is the upgraded quieter model, but I use the much louder one when I need to gauge when the screws are bottoming out. This is especially important when driving home the Kreg pocket hole screws, as they aren't visible. I used some 2x8 scraps for the corner pieces to mount the casters to. I bought two surplus grabrails for the ends. See the photos.

This caster is ok but I wish Home Depot offered a more heavy duty caster

It would be nice if these had a brake available, or maybe Home Depot would stock a bolt that fits the “keyed” holes that are too small for common stove bolts… it’s nice to have 5” wheels to go over carpeting.
