My husband and I purchased the Feather River door with one side lite. The description said "unfinished" but it arrived as the white colored door that we had ordered. I'm still unsure why it's considered unfinished. It's a very beauitful door that really modernized the front of our 40 year old home.

Purchased 2 doors in 2019. The inside pain of the triple pane glass shattered not through any accidents. Contacted the warenty dept and got the runaround

This is a beautiful door at a great price point. It posed no problems for our handyman to install and it operates smoothly. Truck delivery was fine, the crate is kind of weird, it comes standing upright on sort of a triangular base so it’s very awkward and bulky. If you need to move it before it’s uncrated, I can tell you it took three strong people to lift it into a pickup bed. It was a major upgrade to our old fanlite door. We are prepping a big expensive house for sale and this door does not look like a bargain option. The prismatic effect of the beveled glass is very pretty.

THE DOOR IS BEAUTIFUL ! THE COMPANY THAT DELIVERED IT WAS HORRIBLE! ONE PERSON AND HE ALMOST DROPPED IT OFF THE BROKEN DOLLIE RIGHT IN ME DRIVEWAY. I WILL NEVER ODER FOR HOME DELIVERY AGAIN. I PAID EXTRA FOR IT AND I HAD TO HELP HIM TAKE IT OFF THE PALLET AND PUT IT IN THE GARAGE. VERY UNHAPPY !!!

I’m extremely happy with the door and how it looks once installed. The delivery could’ve been done better. No tracking info to see when it may arrive. And delivery guy just left it in middle of driveway and wife couldn’t back out of driveway. Need better communication when delivering. At least knock

It took 2 weeks till I could get it. And it’s missing the screw caps.

This door is really well made. I can attest to this fact because if I tried to make this door I wouldn’t be able to. Therefore if you are deciding between buying a door and trying to make a door I really recommend buying one. This door looks just like it does in the pictures, only much larger.

This door is not actually fiberglass as advertised it is covered in "sheet molded compound" , and I am unsure if it is foam cored ... I can say that the door is wood framed and the wood is exposed on all sides (hinge side , latch side , top and bottom) except for the exterior and interior faces, additionally the framing for the door and sidelight are soft wood. The advertising copy states "fiberglass construction resists denting, rusting and rotting for durability in the elements." leading me to believe that the door would be durable and rot resistant... BOY WAS I FOOLED... On the plus side the assembly was true to the stated dimensions and did install well... but I can't get over being deceived to this extent.

The entry door was a 2 1/2 person installation. The 1/2 is for an extra shoulder for 5 minutes to initially set the whole assembly in place. With a little sweat and leverage the door fit like a glove that required a lot of shims, top and bottom. The weather stripping around the entry opening required us to widen the dead bolt plate so the dead bolt would lock without getting caught. Overall. WOW!! What a value for the money. The glass is beautiful. The full size side light was a great choice and let in a lot of light. Big Curb appeal. Big living room appeal.
