Remote paired pretty easily, I like how it’s not WiFi or Bluetooth

The light and remote were purchased together as the location for the light wouldn’t be accessible to turn off and on. Mounted light and remote as per instructions. Then tried to “pair” the remote to the light as instructed. After trying unsuccessfully to get the remote to work over a dozen times I took both items back down, re-boxed them and made the 40 mile trip to the closest Home Depot and returned them. If the remote had worked I would have been quite happy with the light. I ordered a competitor's under cabinet light set and I am very pleased with it.

So far, I haven't been able to sync the controller to the lights. There are two different instructions provided for setup that are contradictory. Some online posting say to just keep trying and it could take up to 20 times to get the synchronization process to work. I haven't given up yet.

well made unit that works smoothly and as expected. the additional options for wiring made for an easy installation.

Thousands of people are having trouble linking this remote to the lights. I figured out the fix. You must have lights turned off. All lights turned off by dimmer switch on one of the lights you do this by cycling through dimmer button on one of the lights to off. Then go hit breaker and back on and follow steps. Links right up. If you have lights on kill power and back on it doesn’t work. Same if you plug them in. Must be turned off first before unplugging.

The lights are great having all them different modes available such as brightness and different color hues. My only complaint are they clips that hold the lights inn place. Use a good two way tape along the length of them for added support.lastly i never could get them remote to work in controlling all three lights.

Install was easy, remote switch works as advertised, Remote switch is battery operated, so we'll see how long that lasts.

Had to try two. First one either the included battery was dead or it just wouldn’t sync. Traded it in for a send one. This time it would sync, but it would not control the related Feit product that I bought to go with it. Had to change out everything and find a different solution. Wry frustrating!

Love the wall mount and ability to sync and control multiple fixtures. Poor instructions for syncing, but quick online research provided answers.

If you have the appropriate lights, this controller is a nobrainer.

The Feit under cabinet remote was simple to activate and provides easy control of our undercabinet lighting.

Will not pair with my lights no matter how many times I’ve tried. I unplugged the lights to reset them, no luck. I changed the battery in the remote and still no luck, would not recommend.

Bright and attractive. Easy to install. Just what we needed for our ADU here on Fox Island in Washington State. Good value.

Can get it to sync with lights

It works great and we would buy it again.
