Perfect for our new home!
The fridge is amazing and the price is a fraction of most refrigerator/freezer sets. The size fits very well, though others we looked at were too wide. It is not as big inside as other combos; but still a good amount of space for our big family. Someone mentioned it does not look as good as pictured, but I think it looks even better in reality.
Thank you for your product Forno, it came out perfect timing during our construction.

Big ups
Great product! Looks good and keeps the meat cold. Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin! Growls at you every now and again but what monster doesn’t.

LOVE the space!
This would be a 5 star review, but having the freezer go out in less than a year is why I dropped to 3 stars. Hopefully will be able to update to higher stars if I can get this taken care of.

The product is fine but we had problems having it delivered and Home Depot was extremely unhelpful.
This product is drop shipped, and when there is an issue, Home Depot does nothing for you but tell you to call the manufacturer.
I suggest to anyone interested in buying this appliance to contact the manufacturer directly and buy it direct. Cut Home Depot out completely to avoid issues. Dealing with Forno was fantastic.

No idea. Just trying to register warranty
We like the fridge. It is more like a commercial refrigerator with more open space and less door shelves and only one large drawer. We solve that need with plastic pantry baskets.

Great flexibility with this fridge/freezer
This refrigerator OR freezer has good flexibility on quick notice. Quick freeze works great and has a professional look when using the optional trim kit. Only issue is the two units do not secure together.

We order the full kitchen they were delivered faster than expected by nice and professional delivery men. I am now in my home, and I love my kitchen. I get so many compliments about my kitchen. Beautiful Refrigerator
The refrigerator is beautiful. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is the pictures online show the refrigerators bottom grill sitting very close to the floor. The true install this is much higher leaving a decent size gap.

Impossible to replace
You have to build a big structure to install with the trim and you cannot replace the units separately. There is no other fridge that will fit in the space as it is not a standard fridge size. You will be stuck with remodeling the space if you ever need to replace it with a normal fridge.

This refrigerator/freezer unit requires a platform to install the trim kit however, the trim kit is for aesthetic purposes. The units do function freestanding without needing a platform. If using freestanding, please refer to our instruction manual for the recommend amount of space needed between each unit for proper ventilation. If you have any questions about installing your trim kit or using this model as a freestanding unit, please feel free to reach out to us at info@forno.ca .

Do not buy this product
Buyer beware, finding a repair company will be a nightmare, parts are hard to find. Don't be fooled by the high reviews given by people who recently purchased their unit. Like them, I was excited to find a good deal on a high end unit. However, nothing about this fridge/freezer combo is high end. Ours broke down after 2 years
