This dishwasher is quite cheap inside. The racks are wobbly as you slide them back and forth. The bottom one actually comes off the track as you pull out to fill. The silverware basket slides around and doesn’t have a fixed location. The utensils have to go in a certain way or they don’t go in, not enough room. Only good thing about the unit is that it is quiet when running.

I can tell its running by a led light the have on the bottom of the door that shine on the floor too let you know its running and what cycle its running. It also gets the dishes very clean don't scrub the food off the scrub cycle takes care of all that with its turbo disk added on the cleaning arm .I installed my srlf easy too follow instuctions .I installed too my garbage disposal had everything I need for that installed attached too the hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall look and feel of this machine. We have purchased other Frigidaire appliances and found them to be reliable and of good value. The control panel is well lit and provides feedback in the small LCD screen (i.e. Close Door, Complete, etc) and the floor light is a bonus that I didn't know - It lights up in a different color when the machine is on so you can easily identify if the machine is running or completed. It is unobtrusive and provides that small amount of light when going into a dark kitchen. The decibel level is acceptably quiet and provides a quiet (not the quietest) running cycle. I also like the vent for the drying is located at the bottom of the machine which in other models is located at the top by the control panel. I have found with the under counter machines this can cause condensation build up and over time has a tendency to fry the control board - I like this design. Installation was fairly easy, with the one annoying caveat being there wasn't enough room directly under the machine for the water line to run from the floor to the machine easily. I had to reroute and drill another hole in the floor to perfectly match the small space that allows the connection to the 90 degree elbow. The only other critique is the lower rack - It does provide a solid amount of room, but one would think on a more elite machine, it would be just a little more 'solid' - Seems just a bit 'cheap' feeling. In addition, the tine angle for the dishes is a bit out-of-sorts. It puts the dishes on a angle while I am used to straight vertical and I prefer the vertical.

Control panel not working after 18 months!!!!!!!!!!

Decided on the Frigidaire because of price, looks and features. Lots of room,super quiet and easy to use. Easy to install, less than an hour. Pulled the old one out and the new one went right in. Not one problem. Rebate was an incentive as well but not driving factor. Highly recommend

This dishwasher is so quiet we don't even realize it is running. Love the racks for loading and the dishes come out sparkling and perfectly dry due to the EvenDry System. The light that shines onto the floor is an added, awesome bonus. Light shines blue when washing and green when wash is complete! Plus it just looks amazing in my kitchen. LOVE IT!

I got this installed 8 days ago. everything worked fine. Two days ago, when i went to raise the upper rack, the right side of the rack is locked in place and won't raise. The left side works fine. Could something break this quickly, or is there some lock/unlock mechanism that im missing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normal wash cycle is 153 mins long! Who has time for that? Thank god it has a 30 min cycle. Prongs aren’t long enough to load bowls vertically so holds half as many. Looks nice but not efficient. I liked my old one better!

If you want your dishes dry thisvis not the dishwasher for you !! Especially on the 30 min cycle does not dry at all and then after a day or so it stinks if you open it because of all the water it left on walks and bottom. Then i tried the normal wash 2 hours long and still had water all over the inside. So disappointed when you spend 699 plus tax it should dry dishes!! Pictures are after normal cycle with heat and sanitize which you would think it would get super hot for that.

I like the new unit. It is efficient and quiet. I like the delay option that helps me to run it anytime that suits me best.

I have only had my dishwasher for a few weeks but am happy with it. It was very easy to install. I love the smudge proof stainless steel. The best thing for me is how quiet it is. I have never had a dishwasher this quiet. As too the cleaning of dishes I find it no different from other ones I have used. But I am happy it.

If you want an appliance for a long term this is not a good option for you. We have this for less than two years and the pieces break easily. The soap pill gets stuck and I can’t say my tableware is completely clean. So disappointed......

It's well-made, quiet, and a great performer. It's very efficient with water and energy - both important features we wanted in a dishwasher. The folding rack tines, small items tray, adjustable upper rack height and large silverware basket make it very versatile. The drying process has worked well - We typically start the Auto cycle with Sanitize Rinse after supper, and unload sparkling, dry dishes in the morning. I have NOT been disappointed and look forward to many years of reliable service!

Quiet, cleans super well, easy to stack and load. BEST FEATURES: Green light shines on the floor when done, easy to see! The timer push-buttons inside the panel are simple and easy to set your FAVORITE settings and delay start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quiet, but leaves the top rack wet. That's not the worst part. Whomever designed the bottom rack, good grief how frustrating. No one needs movable tines on the bottom rack, not a gap where you place the utensils, either. The tines fall down (even after fridgidaire has sent me a replacement set) and my dishes crash into each other after each wash. It'll be a miracle if I maintain a full set of dishes. See for yourself. This is what it looks like when I open it up after wash. The dishes don't even fit in the rack well. They're nothing special, standard sized dishes.
