Love the outer ice maker with crushed and cubed ice option! Unlike anything we've experienced with our other model! Love the Fridiarire brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge a few months ago and are very pleased with it. It has plenty of room to store what we need for a family of 6. It did take a few days for the ice machine to fill up but it keeps up with our family with no problems. The temperature control system works great and keeps things cold in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. No real complaints from us, we are pleased with our purchase.

I do have an issue with the size of shelves, and the ice maker taking up so much space in the inside. It gets difficult if you want to have several tall objects in the fridge. Milk jugs, juice bottles, pop bottles don't fit well. And the fridge hums very loudly all the time and I already have a few small rust spots on the outer door, not sure why, but I have to keep cleaning it to keep it from spreading.

The stainless steel gives it a high-class, polished look that keeps up with today's modern trend. I love that the freezer is located on the bottom which provides ample space inside the refrigerator for all of our food and beverages. Overall, this is a purchase well-spent. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all we like the refrigerator with plenty of shelving. The freezer top tray is too low needs to be higher to fit more on the bottom. The ice maker broken in 2 months but was repaired free.

Have had this product since December and the ice maker leaks water down the front of the refrigerator. Have had it serviced three times. Very frustrating to constantly cleaning up water on the floor.

Though the refrigerator is at the proper setting for cold, the ice melts, refreezes thus making sheets that keep the mechanism from turning to dispense ice. We have changed the refrigerator setting to much colder to see if that makes a difference and it has not. Will be calling for service on this appliance.

We looked for a number of years, and finally decided on the Frigidaire. We love the room, and how quiet it is. The only downside is that the water isn't as cold as we would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this model since early July. We love the roominess of the double door option. The freezer has a nice slide out rack and lots of room. The only drawback so far is that the freezer light is already out and we can't get at it to replace it. Seems like a poor design for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought in 2016 to furnish the condo I just bought, so I am not original owner but current owner. My previous fridge was about 18 cu ft, so I love this increased size.

We bought this Refrigerator in December of 2014. We have had issues with the fridge since January 2015, specifically ongoing documented issues with the ice maker. It will work for a while (sometimes a week) before we have to call the service company to come repair it. Frigidaire had the service tech out to “fix” the ice maker over 6 times in two years. They even replaced the entire ice maker, twice. We were informed by the service techs it was a “faulty part”, suspiciously, Frigidaire has no record of faulty parts for this machine. The part that was ordered was supposed to “fix the problem”. Unfortunately, it did not. I called Frigidaire Customer Service and was told they only cover the parts for 90 days. “We feel that if they are going to fail they will do it in a 90 day period.” Now that the warranty is past, they will not even listen to our case. They said that, “we were offered to PURCHASE another extended warranty and didn’t take up on it, thus there is nothing for them to do”. We opted not to buy the extended warranty again because the warranties were now getting to the point where they cost half of what the refrigerator was. So when we told Frigidaire this, they said would also not uphold the Lemon Law, instead they said they would just fix the problem when it needed to be fixed. Well, that hasn’t happened and we are now without an icemaker. I am very disappointed in the product and the customer service we have received. We will not be buying another Frigidaire product.
