            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have thisnoven for a month and it cooks evenly and heats up quick. However, a couple things 1) the clock display does not stay displayed. When I click on click the time appears but within a couple seconds it goes back to all zeros. 2) it would be nice of the timer would beep more than once. 3) when you need to add the timer minutes or hours, the timer button has to be pressed twice.

              We received this oven on June 27, 2018 and had it installed the same day. I used the oven a few times and had no problem. However, the first time I tried to use the broiler, it did not work properly, the flame kept shutting off. It took over an hour to cook a steak, which I ended up pulling out and finishing on the BBQ just to have a medium cooked steak (total cook time should have been 12-15 minutes max). We called for service and was assigned to A-Plus Appliance. The technician came out July 5th and said he knew what the problem was and would order the part and call us in 4-7 days to set up an appointment. We did not hear back, so we called and the person that looked up our account said that no parts were ordered and the technician's report was that the oven and broiler operated as it should. My husband explained that the broiler should have a continuous flame and should not turn off and on. She said she'd notify the technician. My husband called Frigidaire directly and explained our situation and they agreed that the broiler should have a continuous flame and should not cycle off and on. We again did not hear back from A-Plus Appliance, so my husband called again. Still no parts ordered, they said they will have a technician come out again, but they can't send someone out until July 30th. The technician came out again and this time said the broiler was fine. My husband again explained that the broiler should have a continuous flame and that he had already confirmed with Frigidaire that this is correct and correct for this model oven. The technician reluctantly called Frigidaire from our house and Frigidaire asked him to check the continuity of a couple wires in the board and there was none, so it was determined that a new board would be required, which the technician said he'd order. My husband followed up with A-Plus Appliance and an appointment was scheduled for August 10th. The technician came out and installed a new board, with a different control panel that looks so cheap and low budget. My husband asked the technician to test the broiler before he left, but the technician said he did not have time and had to leave. This is ridiculous not to test, plus he arrived to our appointment several hours late and did not call to notify us. My husband turned on the broiler after the technician left and it is still not fixed, same problem with the broiler turning off and now we have an ugly control panel too. My husband called A-Plus Appliance again, and they said they'd send a senior technician out the next day at 8:00. August 11th the senior technician came out (he arrived 30 minutes late), the senior technician determined that the broiler is turning off when the temperature hits 450 degrees, he said he'd call Frigidaire on Monday for their recommendation and he will also follow up on having the correct control panel ordered. We're now waiting to hear back again. This is ridiculous that we were delivered a defective product and we're going through this nightmare to have it repaired when it should be replaced, if it was a small appliance I'd be able to drive it back to the store and exchange it for one that works, but because it's a large appliance a return is apparently not an option. It's not like something stopped working, it never worked. We've now had a technician come out 4 times and it still doesn't work, and we're burning up our vacation time to deal with this.

              Bought this in Sept 2016, installed the next month. Broken down suddenly in June 2018. Temperature simply stopped going up. Burner lights but minimal heat. I expect a lot more from an appliance than a repair that soon. Very disappointed.

                These 24" gas ovens seem to be going by the way of the dinosaurs and there seems to be only a few choices on the market. That said, this one seems higher quality to me than the GE. The broiler drawer is pretty flimsy but the oven is pretty decent size compared to the GE and that's a plus. The only real negative is that due to the gas line being on the bottom, facing straight down, that creates a bit of a problem. I had to cut out the floor which it sits and makse supports so the gas line can drop down below, my old one went straight out the back so it took some modifications. Overall it looks nice and it was a lot easier than making new cabinets.

                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven reaches the set temp quickly,and cooks evenly. The controls are easy to use and understand. The display however will only show the set temp and not the actual temperature of the oven in either bake or broil mode. If you momentarily leave the kitchen and don't hear the muted beep, it's a little difficult to tell if it has actually reached the set temp.
