This is a decent water cooler for the price, ours came with a huge dent in the front but it still usable and we were able to pull most of the dent out.

This arrived with a leaky cold water spigot. With water in the top the spigot dripped to the point that it filled the water catch area and overflowed onto my floor. For such an expensive piece of equipment they failed on a fairly small but crucial area. Where is the quality control?

Bought this, set it up, aaand within 24 hours it just always says it’s cooling and won’t let us have any cold water. The hot water works great though!

This cooler has the absolute coldest water ever!

Initially bought a popular different brand water cooler. Both leaked. Decided to go with the Frigidaire and it works perfectly. I guess third time is a charm!

Fits in my small kitchen perfectly.

The best photo is deceiving. Thought I was getting cooler with bottom water bottle compartment.

Only had this for about 2 months, and its leaking all over my new wood floor!!! No rhyme or reason why, but I plan trying to return for a refund or replacement. Sucks!!

Dispenser was as described. Seems to be working well. Nice looking product.

It make really big noise

Crisp, cold water at my fingertips. Just the way I like it. Tried other brands but I prefer my water ice cold, and this one does the trick. I dialed it up to the coldest.

It started leaking out the bottom within a week.

If I had the option to do over, I would not buy this cooler. It functions ok and matches my Frigidaire appliances. But I've had better coolers.
