I use to buy this years ago it was great .WHAT HAPPENED

It pulls the paint off the wall cause it’s a bad quality of paint . But with the tape you get a lot of bleed through

Superior hold on rough surfaces and excellent bleed through blocking. I used it to mask off bricks for mortaring joints. Worked fantastic!

We are remodeling a camper and other tapes we have used just fell off the windows and any plastic we covered but not this tape. The frog tape does what it says it will, cost a little more but worth it.

The ads say that the product stops paint bleed, it doesn't.

Not very forgiving when trying to remove caused paint to peel off from last coat ...was doing a trim job around a window. Good thickness though easy to cut and apply.

Frankly, I was astounded at how clean the paint line was using this product. Inevitably, there will be some leakage, but with this tape, there is almost none, and that which occurs is minor by comparison. I am very impressed.

Helps somewhat but on textured wall doesn’t do the best job of keeping nice straight lines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This painters tape is awesome. The tape is a little wider than the standard painters tape which made it easier to work with. The tape did a great job with absolutely no bleed through. When I was done with my painting project the tape removed from the wall easily and did not damage the paint underneath. We have also used the tape to put posters on the wall in my kids room and and holds them up with no damage to the wall when you take them down.

I use the frog tape in a daily basis, it goes on and stays on on all surfaces, comes off easy and leaves a crisp line, I won’t use any other tape for our painting projects

Yes, it's a little more expensive, but your end result will look a million times better. And you only want to be painting whatever it is you're painting ONCE right? So just do yourself a favor and buy FrogTape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a design-builder, we use A LOT of painters tape and for more than just painting. Having a tape that will mask, but release cleanly is critical. In the past, we have used other brands, but this past month, we have been using FrogTape Pro Grade Painter's Tape and it is performing excellently. The tape adhere's and masks well, but releases easily and most importantly cleanly without marring the underlying surface. I'm so glad we tried it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frog tape works best when humidity is low and the substrate has properly cured. After we apply the tape it's extremely important to wipe it with a wet rag to "activate" the chemical thereby sealing the substrate and preventing bleed through. Hope this helps anyone trying to achieve crisp clean lines. 21 year painting professional here.

They had chose two colors to have their room painted and I need to use this tape to seperate the design pattern as well as keep the paint lines neat and nice looking. The tape stuck to the wall very well and did not let the paint seep through to the other areas. It did not pull off any paint when I removed it and it was easy to just pull off.
