I love my new machine. It’s worth every dollar spent on it. It’s silent and it washes close perfectly. it has steam so the clothes come out almost dry… just make sure you take out the Tender bolts in the back of your machine, they are metal and you will have a yellow sticker in Spanish and English explaining how to remove the tender bolts… their purpose is to hold the drum while transportation, otherwise if u use it with bolts ur machine will shake tremendously loud and can be damaged!

The washer is too small, you have to do many loads to wash all of your clothes.

No complaints, filled the gap for our space and works well

When my previous washer was out of order, I decided to choose GE one, cos my previous one was GE too. It has worked over 10 years without any problems. The new one, even it’s smaller, but it’s more powerful, more energy saving and quieter. I love it so much!

Fits in my closet! It’s small but big inside. Buying the matching dryer next paycheck! I like the musical reminders to empty the wash when completed. The buttons are easy to use. I’ve recommended to my neighbors!

Things went bad from day one of installation. The washer would try to shake itself to death on the first and subsequent loads. Trying to adjust the left front short leg was an exercise in futility and I gave up after several days and hours spent trying and shoved a piece of cardboard underneath. There is some ridiculous cover on the front that I am supposed to check monthly for obstructions to the water pump. In the directions it states that the covers and ways to remove them vary between models so I am on my own to figure out how to do this. I've tried multiple times to no avail to remove this cover. The only way I can now is to start damaging the finish and the ridiculous cover with large screwdrivers or a crowbar. Good thing I purchased the five year warranty so that when the water pump dies I am covered. Hope you are happy with all the pre-sets since you can't adjust a single one. While they do a decent job, I would like to be able to adjust wash time/temp or function but that's not happening with this machine. I am beyond disappointed with this and I've given it four months hoping things would get better. They haven't, and this is the single worst purchase I've made in my lifetime and I bought a pet rock and a Pinto!

The machine is excelent. It works great. I love how every washing product goes in a different spot.

Very happy with 0ur purchase. Due to the size where we have to install, our choices of washers was very limited. This washer replaced a horrible Whirlpool that wasn’t worth fixing. This new machine has so many cycles and is very quiet. I love it.

A compact washer and dryer, flexible, with many convenient features.

I like this washer (it's really beautiful!) and I appreciate the features on it. Cycles are well estimated from a time perspective, and the washer is actually very quiet throughout the cycle, but I am quite surprised by how loud the spin cycle is. Might be just my small house, but it's LOUD and reverberates throughout the whole house, sort of like the sound you get in a car when only one window is down. It's weird, and might be because I have a tiny house, but it's noticeable.

The washer is great. Lots of different settings and you can customize. Great for smaller spaces. The only complaint is that it vibrates a lot during spin cycle.

my old washer finally died after 35 years, I know they don't make them like that anymore and don't like the modern top-loaders so I went with the front-loader because of the availability of the mini size fitting in tight spaces, hallway and doorway. I purchased the pair and very please with the look and how clean my close come out and man this baby spins the wash really well, the dryers them in usually in less than an hour.

I am absolutely loving this compact, front loading washing machine. It is a more than adequate replacement for my original machine. Although I have a decent sized laundry room, the built in nature of my laundry room setup meant I was limited to the size of washing machine that I could buy to fit into the space. I thought that I would have to do multiple loads to equal the capacity of my original machine. But, I am finding the amount of laundry the new machine can accommodate is about the same as its predecessor. And, it’s way quieter!

You have to make sure to do smaller loads but the washer works really, Can fit a full size bed sheet set plus pillowcases in one load. gets a bit noisy but i fixed that. we love it!

During the second use of this washing machine, it leaked from somewhere on the machine and I think it may have been the front door. I want to switch over laundry from was he to dryer and saw that it leaked. Don't know why. But want to have it serviced before running again

Very happy with this purchase. My apt had the opportunity to install a washer and ventless dryer. The only option I could get was a compact size so I went with this GE. I live alone so it’s perfect size for me. It has tons of features and it’s very quite when it runs. I also purchased a raiser it also acts like a pan (water catcher) in case it leaks. I also connected it to Wi-Fi so I get alerts about the machine. If you are looking for a compact size this is perfect.

My mom has the same machines and loves them. They fit in a closet and work great. She was so happy with them that we bought a pair for our condo.

It's been three weeks and many washes since I have gotten the washer, I had to get this smaller sized washer due to doorway size restrictions. I have read where people say it vibrates a lot, mine being on the pedestal vibrates very little, the key is to have it level. The pedestal height is a total of 19.0" off the concrete floor. I've loaded the washer at various levels and on MAX spin I recorded a vibration amount of less than 1/8". I've also noticed my water bill decrease, this water really is a water saver!

Bought these to maximize the usable space in our laundry room and couldn't be happier, they are quiet, have lots of usable features, and look amazing in our remodeled laundry room!

Performs well, washes good and spin cycle doesn't vibrate like other models.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I purchased this washer in May and within 6 months the door has cracked TWICE. GE refuses to warranty the product- or product part for more than 1 year- UNBELIEVABLE ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY TOLD ME THERE ARE NO DOORS IN STOCK!!! Wonder why- MAYBE BECAUSE THE DOORS ALL CRACK!!! I was warned not to purchase a GE product because of a similar component issue in their refrigeration line and GE's lack of providing an extended warranty on parts that fail. For the price they should stand behind their product.

The steam cleaning stain setting is great grease no problem latex paint totally gone.The quiet operation is a dream, my bedrooms on the other side of the wall from my laundry put a load in at night never hear a sound

This washer machine performs like a regular large size machine, it has great features, and the performance is excellent.

This is the perfect size for my RV. I love the digital display and all of the options it has!

We recently purchased this washer and dryer set to replacement our very old appliances. After 3 days of use I noticed water coming down on the left side, i saw it was coming from the cold water hose connection so we changed the hose to a new metal flexible hose. We tried different rubber hose as well. No matter how tight we screw the hose , still a small leak. Next day water coming from underneath again. All over the floor . GE sent a technician. He spent 1 hour and said that the water hose connection part was cracked in the inside! So basically water was accumulating at the bottom of the machine! He said he needs to order the part and will take another week or more . At this point we dont want repair we want ANOTHER MACHINE! Very disappointed!

I love it. I have a little space and fit perfectly. The only thing that I don't like it is that doesn't have a pre wash cycle. It's not good for bathroom rugs. Did you and other than that it's very good quality and space saver.

When our 15-year old Bosch dryer died an untimely death, we also had to replace the washer which had plugged into the dryer, and Bosch appliances were just available when we needed them, so replaced the Bosch washer with the GE. It does everything I need it to do, is also compact, and seems like a good machine - however, I have only had it for 2 weeks. So longevity is still a question.

Many washer settings. Runs really quiet. Love the musical features to let you know the wash cycle is done.

I’ve only washed three loads and no complaints. It is more technologically advanced than I need but looks great and fits the space that I needed it to fit. I hope it is durable. I plan to take good care of it.

I replaced a broken dishwasher, with this 2.4 cubic ft. Washing Machine to be installed where the dishwasher was. In my kitchen, because the washer and dryer are outside in a shed, here in Florida. I relocated to Florida in May, and do not want to do my laundry outside !!! The only caveat is that the plug is elongated 2 inches, and is plugged into the outlet at the back wall , where the dishwasher plugged in. So the washing machine sticks out under the counter top (3) inches. I wish that the plug was a flat 1/2 inch plug.
