Hi there - thanks for reaching out about your refrigerator. Our apologies that your ice maker isn’t producing as much ice as you’d like and we can certainly understand why you’d like some clarification on that. The ice maker will produce approximately 70-100 cubes in a 24-hour period, depending on the freezer compartment temperature, room temperature, number of door openings and other use conditions. If your icemaker is producing ice too slowly, the problem is likely caused by one of the following: Clogged Filter, Freezer Temperature Too Warm, Low Food Load, or Restriction in Water Line. For troubleshooting help with these issues, search for the article titled “Refrigerator - Slow Ice Production” on our GE Appliances website in the Support section. If these tips don’t help, service may be needed. You can schedule online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737. We hope this is helpful and reach out anytime if there is anything else we can assist with. Stay cool! Lauren@GEA
