Water temperature management systems sense the incoming water temperature and automatically adjust the water temperature to the selection you have chosen. This provides you with the best washing and rinsing results. The temperature ranges are obtained by controlling the fill valve. There is not a heating element used to control the water temperature. If hot wash selection is chosen, the hot water will not exceed the capability of the water heater supplied to the washer. The Sensor Wash system will not heat the water, nor will it act as a chiller. We recommend checking your hot and cold water inlet valves to ensure that they are properly connected. If these valves are properly connected, and you are still only receiving hot water for you wash cycles, service may be needed.

Please ensure that your washer is completely level with the feet planted firmly into the ground, and that you are sorting your loads properly as well as distributing them evenly around the agitator.
