Hi there, Thanks so much for taking the time to connect. We're so very sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your new washer due to it being too deep for you and getting off balance. We're more than happy to assist you today. If the washer gets out-of-balance, the unit will try to rebalance itself and the way it does this is to go through a deep rinse routine. It fills the basket up with water and tries to re-distribute the clothes. If you interrupt this process by pressing Pause, the washer will keep wanting to try to re-balance on it’s own, ie. filling. Even if you unplug the machine, it knows where it was left off and tries to finish that cycle. If the load is wet at the end of the cycle, you can even out the load and select the drain and spin option. If it isn't working, we recommend unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. If it still doesn't work, please take full advantage of your warranty and schedule a service appointment.
