A bit overpriced for what it is.
Looks nice. Works well so far for 2 weeks. If it lasts 20 years like the GE Monogram that it replaced, then it will be worth the price. But the built-in kit was overpriced for what it is (cheap metal and plastic that looks like stainless steel).

Love it so bought again!
Like this microwave enough that I replaced with the same one. Bill Smith had the best price, it’s nice to have all the same controls, convenience features, melting butter, heat automatically 1 or two beverages at a time. I hope this will work longer .

Great features and quick heating
I really like the convenience of touching the buttons for 1 minute or 2 and the 30 second button for short heating times. I also like the dark interior for splatter stains that occur. So far very pleased with it!

Microwave is Great!
I gave 4 Stars because the Microwave is louder than the 23 year old Profiles Microwave I replaced. The interior seems larger. I have a handy man coming to trim the sides of cabinet so the Trim Piece will fit because this microwave is wider than old microwave.

Pleased with the purchase
Looks great as a built-in and love the features. Hope it lasts longer my original model that's no longer in production. The old model had to be replaced twice in 9 years.

Not Built to Last
I bought this microwave along with the trip kit back in early 2020 to the tune of $750. It has received the use of 2 adults not a house full of people. It finally bit the dust in December 2023. The microwave turns on, the table rotates, however it does not heat up food. Since i have surpassed the 1 year warranty supplied by GE, they said i am out of luck. I did not buy the Home Depot offered extended warranty either, so i was out of luck on that end as well (lesson learned). I foolishly assumed that GE still makes good reliable products that last 10years plus.

poorly constructed/molded trim frame
Three corners of the trim frame are poorly molded. I believe what I have is defective and should be replaced. See picture. I would send pictures, but the option to attach photos is not working.
