Rapid cool and rapid freeze features were great, especially upon installation, both cooled very fast. Freezer can hold alot more than it looks. The only reason it's getting 4 stars and not 5 is the ice bin. Ice took about 2 days to really start making ice consistently (it does state this in the user manual, also to empty the bin every few hours the first 2 days); ice bin is very small but an extra bin in the freezer is a quick solution(obviously this takes away space from the freezer but it holds alot even with the ice bin in the drawer section). We've had the fridge for almost 3 weeks and so far it's running great!

Low sound and nice appearance price and value to customer

To those who say the refrigerator and/or ice maker are noisy I disagree. I can barely hear ine (I have to listen closely to hear it) and the icemaker is virtually silent - I wasn't sure it was actually making ice until I tested it. It is MUCH bigger that an equivalent-in-size side-by-side, the lighting is excellent, and the "readouts" on the panel are great as soon as you figure out how to use them. However....there are two things to keep in mind: when measuring access through a doorway the GE number is not accurate - with the "door off" the freezer drawer there still is a part that sticks out - so it is not less than 30" and you should be aware of that (GE mentions it in the "manual" that comes with the refrigerator but not on websites)....this caused the installation to be a bigger deal than usual - dismantling and re-assembling to get through my 30 inch doorway. Second, the manual is fairly worthless - it took me a day to realized the ice maker was not "turned on" - and even then I discovered it by accident. Not a big deal, though.

I love my new frig. The GE side by side is okay if you don't do a lot of cooking. I needed something bigger and this is perfect.

Way more room than I expected. Love the water and ice dispenser also. Had a side by side before and wasn't sure I would like the new french door style but I love it and am so glad that is what we bought.

We wanted a fridge urgently snd this only one available for fast delivery which is our big mistake. This GE profile refrigerator doesnt work. We cant return after 48 hours. We are stuck with a fridge that doesnt work, only thing it does is use high power.

Very nice fridge. Bright inside. Nice config of shelves and drawers. Only bad thing was shipping plastic very hard to get off..... some is still stuck on there! Still need to get needle nose pliers to pull the small bits off.

Good look, available in multiple styles, colors. Stays COLD -- our power was out for almost 24 hours and nothing thawed in freezer nor warmed up in main part of refrigerator!

Perfect, counter depth fridge! The auto fill works great and well worth it!

We have only had this one day, but the things that I love so far are the door in door with the lazy susan tray. That is so convenient for coffee creamer, containers of tea and so on. We also could not get over how quickly it got cold. The stainless black finish is absolutely beautiful. So far the only down side was peeling off the protective blue film. Some of it was behind assembled parts and I carefully used a stanley knife to remove it.

Refrigerator arrived with ice maker not working. 8 weeks later, we still have no ability to make ice. There is frost buildup on the inside left side of the fridge and on the door, even though temperatures are set appropriately. It has been a nightmare, do not buy this refrigerator.

Dimensions as advertised are not accurate. Design requires additional clearance in rear away from to accommodate water and ice hoses. You need more depth by 3 inches than they tell you. Also need extra 1/4 inch on top. No compartment for butter. Disappointed in how it fits in our kitchen. GE reps gave us poor advise on the phone.

Me fridge is spacious and the door and door is great for just getting beverages. The no fingerprints’ doors are great and are truly no fingerprints.

It is doing its job as expected. Has not broken yet which is good. Happy customer so far....

Just replaced our 14 year old LG with the GE Profile. The quality of this product was immediate over the LG which started falling apart after a year. The interior design from the shelves, drawers, lighting, freezer and water and ice dispenser are both handy and pleasing. The convince door is a new and useful feature as is the sensor water dispenser. The lighting is so pleasing, I feel like I’m opening a quality cabinet. Since we have had it less than a month, I hoping I’m right and it gives us more years than the LG.

Love the size and the features of e fridge. And I really like the lights in it.

We just remodeled our kitchen and purchased this new refrigerator. It is everything I was hoping for! Plenty of room in both the upper and lower sections. Clean, sleek lines. Easy to use and quick to cool. I smile everytime I walk into the kitchen!

It has lots of storage space and compartments. I especially like having the ice maker in the door.

I am a big fan of GE especially since there is a plant in my town. The appliances are very reliable.

had a nightmare Samsung unit with temp changes, no ice and thousands of damage in flooring. Have had this GE for 100 days now and it's been great, it's quiet, big, and does everything you want your fridge to do.

I bought this model when it first came out and it completely died three months after warranty became void. Compressor and both condensers needed to be replaced. It had issues with the condensor fan and it never made enough ice. This is my second GE fridge to die right after the five year mark and I won't be making that mistake again.

Its bigger then a normal refrigerator. Easy to keep the outside clean.

Delivery people dented the doorway bringing it in the kitchen.

I love the way the fridge looks, was not as user friendly as my kitchen aid but I purchased the extra ice maker and I love it. I am disappointed in the auto fill water dispenser, that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. It very seldom gets it correct, underfill alot.

Exceeded all expectations, including delivery, installation, attractiveness, & functionality.
