Good looking piece. Roll stays put...easy to mount...the set screw takes patience

Very nice product and finish, a little pricey for what you get in my opinion and mounting hardware is not the greatest.

After two years this bar is no longer parallel to the floor. It tilts although it still holds the paper. I can not figure out how to tighten it up.

Easy to install, well made and good looking product.

Love the look of this series. Purchased for a new bathroom and it looks and functions beautifully!

The quality of the holder is fine but the mounting hardware was a terrible design. The bracket that mounts on the wall behind the holder is too small and is incorrectly angled. So when you tighten the nut with the hex wrench, it never stays fully tightened. I ended up ripping out of my wall (thus damaging my wallpaper) because the nut got lodged on an angle.

The holder was installed by the Contractor when we renovated the bathroom. But it does not remain straight and thus toilet roll tends to roll off the holder. And I do not see any exterior screen that needs to be tightened. I will need to buy a similar one to see how it can be installed to then see how it can be tightened to keep it horizontal. Sometime the older, simple designs are better, rather then these new, seemingly better products that are more money and less functional and requires time spent on maintaining them. I am stuck now with this product.

I purchased the towel, hand towel and toilet paper holder in the brush nickel. Although I've tried may times to reset the toilet paper holder to be secure and straight, it seems impossible... not to mention that trying to screw the tiny screw with the allen key (included) an 8th of an inch from the wall isn't easy... next step, I've been toying with drilling holes through them and screwing them from the outside. For some reason, the 4 towel bars and the 2 hand towel bars are solid and do not appear to move... so if you're ok with a crooked toilet paper holder... go for it!!!

After about 2 months screw inside of this holder (that holds the bar in the horizontal position) loosened up and the paper was sliding down. I took the holder apart (actually took two apart since I have same holders inn two bathrooms) and tightened it but it didn't work. Too bad since it really looks nice but it is not very functional.

I love this quality euro style toilet paper holder. The ease of use is great and the style suits our bathroom perfectly.

Although this looks great, care must be taken during installation in order to be level. Not easy to correct once installed.

Very easy to install. First toilet paper that is never in my way. Also my children can't loose the middle piece when they replace the toilet paper.

Works great and goes terrific with the other items I purchased! Very European looking! Easy to install and very well made!
