Failed after two years
As part of a 24kW Generac generator project, we installed three of these units (Generac 7000 50 Amp Smart Management Module) to manage loads. Noticed that the oven was not working one morning, and we traced the problem back to this load shed module. The module serving our upstairs AC went out. The tech removed the Generac devices and installed PSP modules that are working perfectly. Our neighbor had the same problem.
Unreliable and poorly designed.

Expensive for a disposable product
2 out of 3 of these in my install are dead by now. Considering it took about 2.5 months between the demise of the first, and the departure of the second, I'm sure within the next few months the third will follow.
Junk product, and Generac warranty on the generator itself doesn't cover it.

How long does the module last
I have had my generac whole house generator system in place a little over 2 years. After about a year one of my modules burnt out. Just today about 16 months later 2nd one burnt out. Electrician says they only last about 1 year. ????
