We got an insane price because this was the floor display. But it is a decent unit, installed easily. i would have liked drawers but we couldn't pass on the discount. We added a small shelf to increase storage.

We like this piece a lot, but were dismayed to have the plumbing inspector point out that it has no overflow, so in order to meet code it must be installed WITHOUT a stopper. This is an egregious oversight which ought to be pointed out by the seller. For those who don't need to fill the bowl with water, this isn't an issue, but buyer beware!

Had shipped to me, arrived assembled, only had to sit top on it. If bought in store, comes completely unassembled. Great for a small bathroom.

The vanity isn't even a month old and the sink is chipping.

Easy to install & looks great! The base is made of pressed wood, but for the price you can't beat it.

Really a nice looking vanity and sink for the price. Top had an imperfection, but it was under the curve around the edge, so the only time you could see it is if you bent over and looked up, otherwise it was fine. Fits into a small space. After seeing how nice this was, we decided to take a bedroom closet and turn it into a half bath. The quality of the product was excellent. Getting another one before they go off sale, or are they always on sale??

I have a very small bathroom and this fit just perfect and was very easy to install.

Needed a sink and cabinet to fit a very small space and wanted it to have a bit of style as well. And it could not be too pricey. Did not think I could find it, but I should have known better. Home Depot came through again. The exact product I needed at a price that fit the budget for that space! And we could order on line and pick up at our local store, which was what made it all possible in the short time we had. Sorry if this sounds like an ad but I really was happy with the whole experience and I'm glad to get a chance to share it.

The cabinet and sink were separated in the box which made it super easy to install the faucet. Also made it lighter to move around during installation. I replaced a old porcelain sink hanging from the wall in a very small work bathroom. A perfect fit. I even have storage under it now which is a big plus !

It looks great, but the vanity is stapled together and wobbles just a bit. Bolting it to the wall would fix that. Front piece under sink was attached perhaps 1/8th inch low on one side, but it was not noticeable with sink in place. For $99 it's not a bad deal, but If I had to do it over again, I'd pay more to get something sturdier.

The product was just fine. the service at the store was not.

The knobs to open the storage are 1/2 to 1 inch uneven. It looks like a child measured the holes. It is very poor quality. Spend a little more and get something decent.

Sink top did not fit into top of vanity .The corners of the vanity are not the same height. Cannot install the sink drain because the hole in vanity is tapered. Cannot install drain pipe. The lip of drain is flat.

Cabinet was structurally sound, intact, and free of scratches and dents. Sink/top was in perfect condition. Perfect solution for a small bathroom. Note: The cabinet itself is 12-1/2 inches deep. The bowl protrudes out to 17-1/2 inches. Drain uses a couple of washers and water supply lines use compression fittings. While it is possible to re-use these, getting a watertight seal the second time around will be iffy. Treat yourself to some new hardware. It's cheap and makes installation easy.and fun.

I wanted a totally differnt look for my renovation of a circa 70's bathroom and this cabinet was the perfect choice.

Easy to install, looks great and easy to clean. Theres plenty of room for storing towels.

The value of a small vanity in a small bathroom is worth it. But I had a struggle getting the drain to seal. I was afraid of overtightening and striping the plastic threads. Is the foam sealer really a good idea? The sealer seemed to disappear and I kept having a small drip. Two calls to the 800 number and more force than I expected and it sealed. Also, there is no overflow bypass so kids and everyone has to be warned not to run the water with the plug in and walk away!

This is a nice looking vanity for the price. We needed a small vanity for a small bathroom at the beach cabin we were building. There is not much selection in the real small vanities but we are very happy with this choice.

Decent quality and value for the price. Nice heavy porcelain sink compared to the plastic sink found on comparable style vanity sold at Lowes. Great size for smaller bathrooms. Installed quick and easy with minimal fuss. Just a little silicone sealant, drop in the sink into the notched area and fasten to the wall.

Great price and fair quality for a pro installed bathroom in a garage re-model. Needed something small, but basin doesn't feel small.

Replaced an older, much large sink in a narrow bathroom. This sink fit the room perfectly - the smaller vanity makes the room look much bigger, while the sink itself is still a good size & very functional.
