Works as it should and its great. However, the black finish started to rub off 3 months after installation .

Very easy to install. I waited a week before writing my review due to some of the negative comments. I love the faucet for the price. Zero issues.

Bought this to go with a nice Kraus sink. Looks great and worked very well for three months. Yesterday the spray handle started falling out of the cradle. It happened randomly. We won’t even be near the sink and it just pops loose and we see the hose and faucet hanging. It’s worse when turning on and off the water and the faucet just goes all over the place because it’s not staying in the cradle. If you’d have asked me a month ago, I’d have given this five stars across the board. Now, no.

There are some things in life that do get better. No more coiled phone cords attached to the wall. Having the sprayer right at hand when you need to rinse things is nice. Getting the separate sprayer at the side and back of the sink is gone. The faucet is made well it is made of good materials. It look great too. It I have to work at a kitchen sink I want it nice. It is not installed yet as the photo shows because I wanted it before the counter tops are replaced. I have a home and guest house and I like the chrome I one and stainless in the other.

The Glacier bay lemist single handle coil spring neck faucet is a nice edition to the kitchen remodel. It was very easy to install And get the water lines hooked up, the way it actually mounts to the countertop is a little different than I am used to and I also had to use the mounting cover plate with the install which I would have preferred to leave off so I had a cleaner look. Could not figure how to mount it without using the plate.

This Glacier Bay, Lemist, Spring Neck pull-down faucet is a very nice looking and solid faucet. The matte black finish is beautifully applied and will match with most decor in your kitchen. The spring pull down is strong, but easy enough to handle and will spring back solidly when released. We are still waiting on our granite counters, 4 months and counting, so i have not been able to install it yet. The connections are easy and the directions are straight forward. I took photos with a tape measure to give an idea as to how big it is. The photos on the website show it as larger, but not its true size. So make sure you have plenty of room for this faucet to function prior to purchasing it. It is a very beautiful faucet.

Great looking faucet and it is very easy to install. The fauset has a smooth flat finish that will hold up will aginst cleaneras and scratches. It has a very large arch so you can easily fit large potus under it. It will also detach easily fo you can use it as a spray hose. The top adjust to diffrent types of spray. The fitting allow for all typer of sink styles and hod hole openings. Very nice and good looking.

CHECK OUT WHAT GLACIER BAY DID FOR MY KITCHEN. STYLE and SIMPLICITY of INSTALLATION, EXCEEDS my EXPECTATIONS. All required for installation are 2 wrenches to tighten the water lines, silicone to seal the deck plate and protective eyewear. I have never installed any type of bathroom or kitchen faucet so quickly and so incredibly simple. Plumbers Dream Come True unless he charges by the hour lol Its as easy as securing the deck plate which Glacier Bay reads is optional, dropping the hoses 1. Quick Connector, 2. Outlet Hose, 3. Water Supply Lines, 4. Pull Down Spray Hose, drop down through the hole centered in the putty and deck plate. The Faucet has some weight to it and darn if I didnt write how much it weighs from the shipping package however misplaced the paper. Im thinking 6 to 9 pounds, it is heavy but Please do not quote me on the exact weight. There were 2 of us to do install, one to hold the faucet as the other connected the FastMount. Due to the Fast Mount Locking System Secured from the underside of the sink, the Single Handle Coil Springneck Sprayer Kitchen Faucet is locked tight and secure. Astounded in complete amazement in this beauty. Glacier Bay has went even further to help the consumer you will notice in the attached photos, the pull down spray hose is marked where to place the weight clip then the weight, no screws, perfect size and weight for easy perfect maneuvering allowing the pull down handle in its high arched neck to easily swing reaching every area of a wide and deep sink. Once the weight is attached snap in the quick connector and connect the water supply lines, hot and cold hoses include the colors red and blue weaved in the length of the lines individually. Its the little things Glacier Bay does allowing product more appealing and to make life easier for the consumer. Glacier Bay Lemist looks so Cool. Besides the Beautiful appearance and Simplicity of installation with one hand the Convenient style allows me to switch from spray to a flow by pressing up or down The long thin black strip located on the side of the pull down sprayer, both options have really good water pressure, this is the reason for choosing to switch out my old faucet model, I needed both hands to adjust the water stream. Once Glacier Bay Lemist is installed it measures in height at the arch 20 inches, the width is 10 inches, the arm which holds the pull down sprayer can be easily moved from side to side, sprayer can be moved in all directions. Turning the water on, easily grasp handle pull out and slide up or down depending need of hot, warm or cold water. The color is listed as stainless steel however its not super shiny. I replaced my old model which was also stainless steel but you will notice the difference in sheen. Soap pump dispenser is not included. I could write a book of the number of reasons why I am in love with my new Glacier Bay Lemist Single Handle Coil Springback Pull Down Sprayer however I feel as the product name speaks for itself. Get yours quick, Home Depot ran out of this beauty. Once I inquired of the status of a new shipment. Customer Service of the manufacturer is impeccable with a quick personal friendly reply. Nicely done. The Glacier Bay Lemist single-handle springneck pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet in stainless steel was good find. Solid and durable construction. Stainless steel finish creates a sleek and modern look. The Single-handle feature makes water control quick and easy. Loved the 2 spray function and the high-arc spout that reaches 8 in. that reaches every corner of the sink. It also comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The Single-Handle Coil Springneck Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet from Lemist is designed for the kitchen sink. But I needed this for a laundry sink that I wash my dog in. The only modification I had to make, was that I had to drill a 1 1/4" hole in my laundry sink. No problem. The unit looks complicated, but that was nothing to worry about. Just fight the, "I don't need any instructions" thing and follow the very simple directions. Everything came very neatly sorted out and protected. The lined all hooked up with no problems. The whole process took about half an hour to complete. Great product!

This faucet did not come with the matching soap dispenser. Aside from the missing soap dispenser this faucet is good. It's a very modern spring type kitchen faucet that you might see in an industrial kitchen or a gourmet kitchen. It's stainless steel, and comes with the matching 3 hole cover (if you're using this to replace an older kitchen faucet without replacing the older kitchen sink). The hot and cold supply lines have metal nuts (you might think that is a ridiculous thing to call out, but the faucet I replaced with this, had plastic nuts on the hot/cold supply lines and one of them started leaking), and there is a standard plastic quick disconnect for the sprayer line. Installation is pretty straight forward, especially with the new locking retaining nut, just push it up till it locks, then screw it hand tight. Aside from the lack of a matching soap dispenser the only other call out is that I kind of expected the exposed braided supply line in the Spring Neck to be shiny metal rather than dull plastic. For the price, I guess I sort of expected a metal braided line, at least where everyone can see it (like in the spring neck).

A super nice, well made kitchen faucet, but I can't give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One is the lack of a matching soap dispenser. Most kitchen sinks now days are at least 4 holers, and some have 5. One more for a separate hot water dispenser, or filtered water dispenser. I think all kitchen faucets should at least come with a cheap Chinese made dispenser. Another reason is the new "high tech" mounting system this faucet uses. It was supposed to be easier and quicker, but I found it harder and slower. It's a big plastic nut with a built in, far fetched locking system that is very hard to manipulate while you are laying on you back, reaching up under the sink, inside your cabinet. I had problems making it work and lock. The pictograph instructions are no help. Once you figure out how to lock the nut, the next problem is getting it tight. I had no tools that would fit that big plastic nut with the minimum clearance I had under my sink. So it was hand tight only. Now, unless you silicon the chrome escutcheon plate, the whole faucet wiggles because the mounting nut is not tight enough. A basin wrench won't work either. Bad design. A good old fashioned nut and washer would have been "easier" to work with. I ended up using a rubber dishwashing glove so I could get some "traction" on the nut to get it tight, like removing a tight pickle jar lid. Get over the goofy nut, and I like the big beefie faucet that it is. It has a great water flow a 1.75 gpm. The sprayer is nice and so is the length of the sprayer hose. The water valve is nice, but the odd thing is that it does not stop at 90 degree angles for the hot/cold adjustment. For cold it sits up about 30 degrees from level, or straight out. For hot, it goes beyond straight up and down, to about 30 degrees closer to the back wall. It's shoddy construction. It bothered me so much, I pulled the handle off to see if I could fix it, and there is no adjustment. I should have taken another star off for this, but I didn't.

Well was really excited to finally get this Faucet, was wanting to really see what the big deal with this style faucet was. Looks great and works great, you can keep in place and move to where you want and even take off the faucet holder and use it to spray where you want and any direction you want. The one item that will take me some time to get used to is the plastic connector for under the sink to hold faucet in place (see pictures) as has always been metal nuts doing this job, it tightened up nicely and can do with just hand twisting don't even need a wrench for it, so may be better than I first was thinking, is worth the try and always new things to get used to so time will tell. And only took me like 15 min to install so pretty happy with it

Glacier Bay Lemist Single Handle Faucet is Fantastic. The Springneck Pull Down Handle is a Great Improvement over the Sprayer Handle that just pulls out The Stainless Steel Finish is Perfect. Two Setting Sprayer Head allows you to clean or rinse a large area. I Love the Fast Mount System it' makes installation so Fast and Easy. A Limited Lifetime Warranty Makes this a Great Buy.

Okay this faucet is a BEAUT, however there are a few things its lacking for me to give this 5 stars. First of all, i was super excited to see that this was a simple install since i am a DIY'er. "Easy mounting system allows for installation in seconds; just push up and turn to secure in place." however there are NO directions. I attached the only directional picture included, but that doesn't tell me how to install. I did google so i will try my hand at this. I had to purchase a soap dispenser separately. I wish this was included as it is with many faucets. One other grip is the faucet isn't magnetic so it doesn't spring back as easily as my kitchen sink one, but this is a HUGE upgrade from my current faucet in my laundry room and will be much easy to bathe my pup with the sprayer in one, instead of the sprayer as a separate handle as shown in my pic.

This is a faucet is suitable for any kitchen and it looks like a million, with its deep highly polished chrome finish. This type of faucet makes sink cleanup easy and fast with its long pull out spray head. Whats in the box: 1 – Highly polished 1.75 GPM, chrome faucet with pull out spray head 1 – Chrome three hole cover plate (Escutcheon) and sink mount 1 – Install, maintenance and trouble shooting manual and locking collar supplemental instruction sheet. Everything needed for the faucet install is in the box, this includes a cover plate for three hole sinks. I have been using Glacier Bay faucets for about 10 years and have not had a call back for service yet. These faucets are very well made and they look fabulous. The fit and finish is very nice, they just look and feel like faucets costing so much more. The deep chrome finish also makes cleanup a snap. Hard water spots seem to wipe off with ease. The sprayhead is very easy to clean with its silicone spray tips. These faucets are almost a tool-less install. All that's needed to install this faucet is two crescent or 5/8” wrenches. This faucet has a locking collar (see photos) that makes the install very quick. Slide the collar up on the brass threads, push to engage it twist to tighten, that's it. You may need a helper to hold the faucet on sinks already installed in counter tops. Or you can install the faucet in a top mounted sink before setting the sink into the counter top without help.

This Matte Black Coiled Spring-Neck Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen faucet is amazing. We remodeled our kitchen and everything needed to be modern. This faucet is very practical, fancy & very modern. Installation wasn't difficult. The water flow and functionality if simple and practical. Our friends have commented how great it looks with the decor. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.

The Glacier Bay Lemist Single-Handle Coil Springneck Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Chrome is great performer for the home chef. This was one of the fastest installations I’ve had on a kitchen faucet. When I was young and fit working under a sink was never a simple task and as I get older it is literally painful. The exclusive FastMount system should be the industry standard for all faucets. That feature alone should attract a following for Glacier Bay. I was glad to see a deck plate was included as it seems manufacturers are beginning to move away from providing them, I assume to cut costs. Once installed the faucet is sleek and good looking. It is like bringing a touch of a professional kitchen into the home. The spring neck is stiff enough to hold the sprayer in place but not so much to be a problem during use. I am a fan of not needing a separate sprayer and having all-in-one gives much cleaner lines. The handle is nicely located and simple to operate with a wrist or forearm when hands are dirty. Water pressure was excellent and the spray made easy work of washing pots and pans. This is a great faucet at a great price. I have seen lesser quality selling for much more. Highly recommended.

This is a very reasonably priced kitchen faucet with the spring pull-down hose and is offered in Black, Chrome and Stainless Steel. The stainless steel cover plate and faucet are very attractive and functionable too. The pull-down hose works easily and the stream / sprayer gets the job done effortlessly. Installing with the manufacture quick install system was very simple. Only issue ran into is the faucet is large and heavy and as you use the faucet it looks like the base is moving slightly and that could be due to stainless steel sink thickness is not strong enough. I don't feel it will break, but the quick install system is as tight as I can get it. The faucet is warranty for a limited lifetime and that is why you can buy this faucet and not too worry.

This faucet is so easy to install. It comes with a quick connect which is easy to adjust until it's tight in place. The instructions are easy to follow. I first receive d a faucet that was leaking, but customer service took care of the replacement. I had to remove the first faucet which was also easy to remove. The replacement faucet had no leaks and it works perfectly. the spray mode stays on, don't need to keep holding it but when the faucet is turned off and back on, it default to the regular stream. The color is a farmhouse matter black which looks perfect in my kitchen as I recently replaced the cabinet knobs with black ones. I found a matching black soap pump on the HD website. I'm very happy with how this faucet works and looks.

This kitchen faucet is very easy to install. The directions are easy and straightforward. You position the base over your holes in the sink and apply some sealant to the bottom before setting. You then position the faucet mounting adapter and tighten it down with the supplied Allen wrench. Next you position the faucet onto the mounting adapter and tighten it down using the second supplied allen wrench and screw on the sprayer. You then attach the water supply lines under the sink and you are ready for use. The sprayer has a magnet to hold it in place and it can be raised or lowered with your hand while using. It has a solid flow with normal use and a spray while pushing in the handle on the spray head. Just like a commercial faucet.

Nice chrome finish. Easy to follow instructions for installation. Can install with or without deck plate. Would be better for larger sink as faucet is extended out about ten inches. Spray hose can be pulled down for better cleaning. Hose is flexible and easy to maneuver. Spray hose has button for two options: water stream or shower effect. Handle has sleek look and spring look on hose has very modern and trendy feel.

Glacier Bay has really knocked this out of the park! The springneck coil sprayer is genius. I can't believe it has taken that many years to discover this. And the great part is you can use one of the two different modes to spray water. Regular stream and normal spray!. I am sure the spray is not for everyone, so it is awesome that you still have normal stream. I love using soap to wash my dishes. I also find that I use less soap with the sprayer option than grabbing a lot of soap with normal stream mode. Maybe Glacier Bay will revolutionize the soap dispenser next? I am looking forward to many more dirty dishes! Installation was easy! Super awesome!

Springneck pull down kitchen faucet is great, I had the pull out it was ok but this one is a lot more flexible in reaching the dishes and all the areas of the big farm sink we have. This is Matte black and it stands out better than my old stainless steel one. The single handle mixer is very nice in turning on and off. I think the springneck makes it a lot more commercial and more heavy duty looking. Very nice upgrade

Easiest Install Ever. I needed a decent faucet for our utility sink in the basement. The existing one was so small it was nearly useless. I chose this one because of the detachable spray head which could reach all areas of the large sink. Mixing valve quality seems very nice and precise. This may have been the easiest faucet I’ve ever installed, it came with everything and it maybe took me 10 min at most. Chrome finish seems thick and consistent enough for the long run. The base trim piece is plastic but seems sturdy enough. I did notice the weight and height of the faucet flexed the plastic mounting surface on my sink when pulling the hose out so lesser quality sinks beware. It looks so nice it really makes my old utility sink look terrible in comparison!

This is a supercool looking kitchen faucet. I love the black matte industrial look. I am always happy with my glacial bay products. It comes with an optional deck plate. I like the more modern look without it. The instructions are clear and installation was pretty quick. There's an excellent troubleshooting guide. I also got the black matte 18 inch towel rack to match it, also by glacial bay.

This is a really nice faucet that is well made. I like the fact this faucet comes with the escutcheon plate for three-hole applications. Not many faucets include this item. The spray selected on the faucet head operates smoothly. Installation of the faucet is fairly straight-forward and all items (with exception of service valves) required for install are included. Chrome finishes are always the easiest to keep clean, especially when you have hard water. This faucet should last for many years to come.

Super easy install with all the parts you need! This even includes the three hole cover if you are replacing a three hole style faucet. No extra dress plate to buy, which is awesome! You can have this entire new faucet installed in 30 minutes or less once the old one is out. It's really that simple. No special tools needed. The supply hoses are standard compression style threads, attach to any standard shut off valve. I have this in my work shop for cleaning and the tall profile and pull down nozzle is just wonderfully easy to use. I love the spring style arm and the compact sprayer head. The counter weight works well to pull the sprayer back up and slips on the hose easily. The sprayer head can be switched to jet style pressure washing by just pressing the black lever on the side. When you let go it goes back to regular faucet pressure on it's own. Easy to install, nice jet black finish so it doesn't show dirt in the shop, has all required parts, even the dress plate, highly recommended

I am one of the cool kids now. At least that’s what my wife says after we upgraded our faucet. The style is not one I thought would be at the top of my wife’s list but I guess this industrial, commercial look is all the rage. The unit looks sharp. The finish of the stainless steel is rich and beautiful. The head drops for easy reaching. I would not consider this a high end product, even though it looks it. Like a lot of plumbing products today, it has its share of plastic parts. Time will tell how it holds up.

As an electrician, and merely a weekend warrior plumber, I was impressed with how easy it was to install this faucet. I think it took me longer to clean out under my sink than it did to do the install! The instructions were good and simple. The sprayer faucet looks quite nice, and feels very sturdy. I do wish they had marked hot and cold on it, as my wife had to call me to ask. We figured it out pretty quick and don't even think about it now, though. I like how simply it toggles between stream and spray, and the sturdy support arm swings easily side to side. I do wish it had a little more power in "spray" mode, but there is only so much you can do with the current "low flow" requirements. The Head pulls out of the holder nicely and the extra hose gives you a good 2' of extra reach.
