Gorgeous! Shower head is bigger than expected but looks great.

I loved the style and decided to purchase but boy did I regret my decision within a couple of weeks.

Inferior Quality: Lightweight materials. Pitted chromed surfaces. Extra glue oozed onto metal/stuck to packaging material. Took 1 hr to remove w/multiple cleaning products. Towel rings misshapen/cannot be bent to shape. Dislike the boxy unattractive style of tub filler.

I bought this product for my guest bathroom for my recent home renovation. Needless to say, after the certified plumber came I got to the house and the valve for the tub had completely busted off the wall. Water had been filling the wall and leaked through the ceiling to the bottom floor. I know it was not the plumber because there were not drill holes, nails, or anything that he might have done to make this happen. Terribly manufactured product and cost me over $500 in repairs for the sheetrock, plumbing, and replacement tile. Pictures of the damage are below.

I really enjoy my new shower/tub fixtures. They give the bathroom a modern upgrade. The waterfall is wonderful.

I really like the look and the price, but cannot recommend so far. After installing the mixing valve, and turning the house water back on, the little stop valves on either side of the main valve leaked. I noticed that they stopped leaking if turned all the way on, or all the way off. So I figured this must be the design and went on with my remodel. I'm glad that it took me a couple weeks to get around to putting up my cement board because it started leaking in the same place yesterday. This second leak started after I shut off the house water to work on a different part of the house (maybe the loss of pressure caused it to leak?). Only now the little stops leaked in any position, full off or full on or part way in between. After I turned the house water back on, it seems to be back to the earlier form of leaking if not fully off or on. So now I don't feel confident to have it behind a finished/tiled wall. I called Home Depot customer service and the rep was nice but unable to connect me to their tech support due to heavy call volumes. He provided me a case # and the direct phone to tech support so I could call back later. Ugh. Not sure how this will be resolved considering that my valve unit is already soldered in and I don't want to replace it. Even if they send me another for free it's quite a bit of work to swap out. Giving two stars only because I like the look and they claim a good warranty. I'm putting that warranty to the test now and it's not clear how they will come through. I'll try to update my review afterward.

Pay more for a better valve setup and a tub faucet setup
