Pricey, but seems worth it.
Only applied recently, but so far it seems to work as advertised. Hardens almost like concrete so expect it to protect against weeds between pavers. No visible film or residue left. Pretty expensive and didn't cover as much area per gallon as I expected, but worth it if it is long-lasting.

Didn’t go very far- bought two bottles and it wasn’t better than other items. I used it, so I can’t return it, but it didn’t cover much and didn’t harden the sand between my pavers. I wound up buying another typical brand of sealer- did the same thing.

Dear Friend,
Our Paver sealer coverage with average pavers is 75-150 sf per gal. That product is recommends a heavy application where you are flooding the sand joints. We would recommend to spray down a heavy coat and then use a floor squeegee to squeegee off the excess sealer from the top of the pavers forcing it down into the joint sand. If you are applying it to sparingly, it will not stabilize the joint sand as well. If you still have any question, you may call our Technical Support 1800-486-1414

So easy to use. Looks good not too wet looking. Will have to see how it stands up to weather and dogs. Buying more to do my front walkway

Dried an off white
I bought this product to use while adding sand in places to a bad job I paid a contractor to do. Contractor used white sand so I did too to match their finished white appearance. It performed well except for one thing. It turned blue when wet then a light gray when it dried. So it didn't quite match the original white sand. I didn't expect that since the label said it's clear. It may have been something in the white sand I bought.

I just applied this to my paver patio two days...
I just applied this to my paver patio two days ago and it's too early to tell if it has sealed the joint sand they way I am hoping it will I have used other sealers & polymeric sand in the past & all have failed. The true test will be when it rains. I will say that it does seem that sand in the joints is hard to the touch, so this may be the sealer that does the trick.

It sealed the paver stones with a little wet look...
It sealed the paver stones with a little wet look and the sands in the joints were glued well. It dried quickly and created a nice look. Very happy with the product.

This product did a great job of keeping the joint sand in place (so far). I don't know how long it will hold. I only wish that since it is a water-based product, it was sold as a concentrate so I could dilute it to my liking and cover more square footage. It worked as advertised though and covered my project adequately.

I used this product to lock in torpedo sand around...
I used this product to lock in torpedo sand around stone paving blocks I used in a walkway. I applied as per directions when temperature was 45 degrees or above for at least 24 hours, using a large syringe (purchased separately). After a day, the sand was locked tight while still remaining porous for drainage. It was a perfect finishing touch for a major project with strong curb appeal.

Seems like good product. Just installed on my concrete pavers on 10-10-20 so not sure about proformance. But went on real easy with garden pum sprayer and back brush with paint brush. Looks like it absorbed well and good satin finish, not wet look
