The reason I am answering this survey is not because of the product I purchased, which is fine. It’s because of the employee that assisted me when I was ready to walk out of your store to go across the street and buy a new close dryer. Mehrnoush handled the problem in a professional and concerned manner. I was waking around waiting for my turn in the appliance department, which at that time was busy, with customers and employees. I saw the GooGone and knew I needed some. I went back to the appliance department and there was only one employee everyone else was I a meeting. I waited for about 20 minutes. At that moment I decided to leave. However, I did have to pay for Goo. At the check out station I was meet by Mehrnoush annd she asked if I had found everything I needed. Poor thing I unloaded on her. In my defense I was in a great deal of pain. I was going to have having Knee replacement the next Wednesday and I told her I was going across the street to purchase a new clothes dryer. She handled the situation very nicely and asked me to please wait she would find someone very quickly. Which she did and the result of her actions and attitude saved a sale. I bought a new LG clothes dryer, which I love. My advice keep her don’t let her go. My only regret is that I waited so long to acknowledge her. I will say this much in my defense. It’s a great deal of work to stick with the rehab….but my knee is doing great and I hope she is too.

Had a new windshield installed and the installer was sloppy and left residual glue. It was hardened and this was what I use for step two. I used goof off pro solvent first and then use this to get the residual that was left

Best way to remove adhesive from most surfaces, even cloth.

I have used this product for years as my go to sticker removal solution. First off, I will say that the product does indeed work very well for removing stickers and adhesive residue. That being said, the manufacturer has been making changes, that to me, reduce the value of this product. The first change was with the bottle. The bottle used to have a plastic insert at the top that limited the amount of product that would come out when you turn the bottle upside down. It would drip out slowly and if you squeezed the bottle, it would come out more. This has been replaced by a thin seal over the bottle top with a small hole in it. Similar to the seal on a bottle of medicine but with a tiny hole in the middle. Now if you tip the bottle or turn it upside the contents streams out freely. More recently, I purchased more of this and found it is now much thinner than before. It used to have some viscosity to it. This allowed you to put a few drops and then spread it out as desired. The most recent one I bought is as thin as water and runs all over the place when you try to use it. I am not sure what is driving these changes but I suspect either cost reductions for the manufacturer, or intent to make the consumer use more product than before and hence have to buy it more often.

Work very well on removal but leaves residue. Requires soap and warm water wash to have a clean finish.

Good product. Works as advertised. I've used this before. A tip for you: instead of completely removing the "safety seal" under the cap, I suggest using a pen tip, nail, or similar pointy object to make a small hole in the center of the safety seal. By doing that it will be easier to control the amount of Goo Gone you want to apply. (Otherwise, you'd just have to be careful not to splash out too much of the product when using it -- and don't tip over the bottle, either.)

This removed residue left over on my bathroom countertop by packing tape. It worked like a charm!

Took several tries and elbow grease to remove old tape marks on cabinet.

GooGone is an excellent product that works very well on almost anything. Slight odor that doesn’t last to long. This is a replacement for a bottle I had that was many years old, that still worked but I finally used it up. Saying that reminds me to say that a little goes a long way!

Bought it to remove old stickers from fiberglass boat. Worked OK, not great. Still took a lot of work to remove the old adhesive.
