Most of this price was just for the copper. It’s only stapled together, it was difficult to cut the angle to fit our roof.

I'm happy with the appearance of the cupola. It was installed by my handyman and he seemed to have no problems.

When ordering, the cupola's dimensions led me to believe that it was 26". In reality, only the roof is 26" and the cupola itself is much smaller..Consequently, it appears too small for the 26 ' roof that I installed it on..

A cupola is sized as 1.25" in width for every foot of unbroken roof. A 24 foot long building would need a 30 inch wide cupola. A somewhat larger cupola would be great, but not smaller. This cupola arrived well protected in a nice box. The louvers were folded inside of the base. There is a small plug that goes in the top (included) and is easily removed to install a weather vane. I plan on using mine for an outdoor speaker enclosure, power outlet, and faucet cover.

This Cupola is well made, quality material with a well crafted copper roof. I was very pleased with this product and the price. Delivered early and was well packaged. Good Direction Rooster Weather Vane completes the job. Beautiful!

My wife and I are building a custom home and during the planning stages she wanted to include Cupola's on the roof. At first I was not sure exactly what these were but learned about them throughout the process. I researched them on line and found HD had one of the better prices. I found out these were actually manufactured and produced by Good Directions. We picked them up a few days ago and both of us were thoroughly pleased with the construction and detail of these cupolas. I was able to make contact with a rep at Good Directions in order to get some answers to a couple of questions and was happily and thoroughly pleased with this individuals knowledge and expertise! I would recommend these from Good Directions to anyone!!

I ordered a vinyl; but, I received a wood. I have not installed it yet. I am satisfied so far as to the quality. Measurement said 26x26 which was the top overhang instead of the width of the base which was 24x24. The description should be more accurate.

This cupola arrived in two LARGE cardboard boxes and I was pleasantly surprised from the minute I opened them. It comes in three sections that are each small enough for one person to work with. Installation was a breeze and using the video on Home Depot's website I had the cupola in place in about a half hour. It looks absolutely great, with the copper roof shining and the clean edges of the vinyl base. I installed this on a one story detached garage and it really gave us the look we were going for. All the materials are very high end and it seems like this was made to outlast the roof it was installed on

The cupola was very well made but in the specs it made no mention that the top had a hold in it for a weather vane. I had to plug it. I wished this was disclosed before the purchase.

I could have purchased this item online from other cupola retailers. But, knowing that I could return it to my local Home Depot if anything was wrong with it or it was not what I expected is what reassured me that this was the best way to go. The cupola is exactly what I wanted! I haven't had it installed on my garage yet, but I am really looking forward to seeing it overhead! I would definitely recommend this product AND placing the order with Home Depot!
