[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just spent two days putting the set together and the kids love it! Hardest thing about it was trying to keep them off of it as we worked. The set arrived on a truck, the pieces were organized and packaged very professionally and the hardware was very neat. The instructions were easy to follow, however, it would be nice if they would include the part numbers along with the part name on the instructions. Our family of five grandchildren will love this set for years! Thank you for getting it to us during the Coronavirus! We appreciate your hard work and professionalism!

They did not include instructions and Still waiting for missing pieces to be sent. Did not include the former pieces. Other than that it’s a great set but for the price I would expect all the pieces and the instructions to be included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the pieces were there, information was easy to follow, install time was right around 20 hours with 2 people. All of the chains, swings, etc. are great sturdy quality. The only downside is that the wood is already loosing its coloring and starting to chafe after a couple of weeks.

It was a bit of a project but the directions were detailed, so much so that it took a while just to rehearse over them before we (my son and I) began assembly. I was impressed with the quality of real cedar wood. A couple of items were missing when we inventoried, but they were replaced very promptly. My grandkids LOVE it, did I mention that, because that's the reason a grandpa buys a playset.

Took nearly 36-40 hours to assemble. Organize your parts first!

Overall, this playset meets my expectations and does what it advertises. The quality appears reasonable for the price, and I have no major complaints. Small problems- minor mildew and the hardware packaging was disorganized, but no major issues. Satisfied with the purchase.

We just finished putting this playset together. It looks awesome! I can't wait till my 21 month old girl is big enough to really enjoy it. She does what she can, but the clatter bridge scares her. Overall I am very happy with the quality of pieces and only received a few damaged boards from shipping. Not a big deal for me since I'm going to sand everything next spring and restain it. It is best to work a little here and there or you will be burnt out on assembly. Especially with this Missouri heat. Definitely worth the money! Now only if Gorilla's website would let me post a picture...

The ropes for the climbing ramp were not the correct size, so we are currently without them. We had the play set professionally assembled. It took 2.5 men a full day and morning to complete.

Nightmare to put together, still not done. Instructions are terrible and pieces are labeled poorly (if even labeled at all).

There are no vertical slats on the slide or ladder sides, for example. Also, I was missing some hardware...I ran out of several sizes of screws despite being anal about which I used in which step.

Very good quality, pay for installation

Overall it seems our kids will love this once the item is finally built. Home Depot no longer provides instillation and I could not find anyone to do it for under $800 so we took it on. We are very handy and mechanical people and we are struggling. The pieces should be less randomly packaged for starters. just put all the ramp pieces In One box not 4 we spend most of the time searching for all the parts even after laying them all in piles. It's been 12 days and we are half done. The Manuel for a basic set is great. For anything adred on like the treehouse or fort tops there is a second Manuel that has you skipping steps as far back as 6 in the main section before the roof is even a thought. Missing that key thing set us back 3 hours! Would it kill this company to make a book for each individual without model with the correct pages and steps accounted for? And finally I was slightly disappointed that even though the tire swing was green we assumed it was plastic. That was fine. We did not know Is it was no larger then a child's bike tire and so small. My son was pretty disappointed at this one he's 8 and it's to small for him to enjoy. it was a bit of a let down. They should have the size of it listed or call it a mini tire swing. But we like the way it looks so far.
