This product was a very economical option for creating a workout space in my unfinished basement. It's a lot lighter weight than I thought it would be, but it's very easy to install and has enough cushion to protect my joints compared to working out on concrete or even normal carpet with padding. 100 sq feet is a good amount of space for the price, and after trying it out for a couple months I just bought another box to get even more coverage. It's not as durable as hard rubber, and I'll probably need to rotate squares into the areas I use most over time. That said, it's much more comfortable than typical hard rubber flooring, and I can comfortably lay down or kneel directly on this matting without needing a separate mat.

I purchased two cases of Groovy Mats for the bedroom I was turning into a workout room. The installation was simple; cutting to fit around corners was easy enough. Each piece comes with two ends so you end up with some extras, but that's better than not having enough! The thickness was perfect for our needs. There was NO weird rubbery smell either. I'm not a DIYer so having a product that I could work with and looks great is huge.

I own a training studio in New York City and I bought this to put under 3 stationary bikes and a stair climber. It looks good and is doing the job. I would say this gray is a shade darker than it looked online, but it is still a good product.

Exactly what I needed for my home gym!

Love these mats! We purchased a workout bench and weights this past Christmas and these mats help protect our hardwood floors. They are cushioned so in case a weight is dropped, it will not damage anything. They can easily be configured to fit the size of your room and are very easy to use. Highly recommend.

I bought this flooring as a low-cost alternative to gym flooring offered by companies like Rogue. Yes, it's a little thin, and yes, it's soft and will not hold up to a beating from dropping weights, BUT, as a basic covering of a garage floor for boxing and kettlebell workouts, it does just fine.

Arrived on time and the material was exactly what I needed.

I will have to return them because I was assured they could be used outside but they edges curled up. they did state they would fade, which I was ok with. the creased edges I cannot be ok with.

Great product! Although, I wish they sold individual squares as I need five more to cover the floor of my home gym.

Terrible quality and customer service. Company sent used torn squares and refused to ship the proper ones. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great product! Used as home gym floor in garage. The gym equipment we have sitting on it is HEAVY, and the floor is handling it fine. Super easy to install, and to clean. Its pretty dense, but light weight. Installation was like putting together a giant puzzle!

Its just a little bigger than 10 x 10 with the trim. My room is not exactly a perfect square so trimming was involved at some spots (witch was easy). No chemical smell (that I noticed and no one else complained) out of the box and easy to set up. I've had it for a few weeks now and the work out room seems to be holding up. Can be a little squeaky when doing cardio( from your shoes) but it does it's job otherwise. All in all we love it.

We installed these in a spare bedroom that we converted to a home gym for use under a treadmill and an elliptical, and also for use under some free weights and a yoga area. We've had them installed for about a month and are very pleased. It has definitely met our expectations.

It was very easy to install and works great in our living room. The only reason I gave it 4/5 starts is because it's only been installed a few weeks an already has a lot of little pokes in it from our dogs longer nails - I thought it'd be a little sturdier, so it may scratch from moving furniture and chairs on it. Other than that, it's easy to clean and looks great.
