Able to have my extenstion cord in a compact and organized condition

I purchased the reel to store holiday lights. The reel itself works very well. But FYI it only holds about 40ft of lights… I had to buy more than expected to fit all my lights.

Works as advertised.

I love these thing! I use them for extension cords, Christmas lights, string, rope. Prevents getting things knotted when uncoiling. Winding up is fast and good for storage.

I bought this as a replacement for a similar reel which cracked after being dropped. Though they appear comparable, I was disappointed to see that this one is much less hefty, contains less plastic material, and is, in every way, more chintzy. I don't expect this to last nearly as well as the old one has.

This is the 4th HDX 150 ft extension cord reel I’ve bought from Home Depot. They work well and have held up well over the years. Still using all 4. Highly recommend.

This reel with definitely do the job for cords up to 125 feet in length. However, the price is ridiculous for a bunch of plastic.

The centerpiece came out I'm broke in to two poieces on the first attempt

Have had several of these over the years. They make the extension cords last a lot longer because they do not twist the cords like when rolled up around one's arm. The plastic does deteriorate and eventually will start cracking.

Made stowage of my long extension cord so much easier.

Will be better if reinforced, for heavy gage electrical extensions.
