Damaged during shipping. The item was thrown in box sideways with wrapping on top.

Filters are ranging 15 1/2 and under 16 in width. My furnace is 16. How do you correct this as your filters are the most affordable. Thanks

30x30 what is this white strip on the filter. I thought about removing it but it started peeling, this filter does not show which way it should go, a simple easy thing to include in the future!

Seems like the package was delivered to the wrong address because there were 2 shipping labels with 2 different address and 2 different name sticked on the package box. My guess is that the person who recieved this returned the package after they saw the name on the orignal shipping label was not their name. Any how im glad that they are honest and returned it back to the shipping carrier. After opening the package, I found out that the filter was damage on the corner. I still managed to install it on my AC unit but it leaves a small gap which will allow some air to leak out. The only reason I choose to ship this to me is because my local Homedepot dont carry them in store. So overall I give it a 3 star.

The 3 filters arrived the next day with free shipping. Changing the filter was past due so I changed it right away. The size was right and it fit right into place. The texture of the filter seems just right for my old system; It is not too thick and not too thin.

I ordered 4 of these since there was a deal on that quantity, but unfortunately the product arrived damaged. Some rocket scientist decided that instead of getting a box that can adequately fit 4 of these 24x30x1 filters, they folded them each into individual boxes they didn't fit into and shipped separately. I straightened the filters out and have installed the first one, so hopefully it's functional. I don't recommend getting these (or anything) shipped if this is the logic they use when packing orders.

Product description is not correct. The filters are clearly labeled MERV 10. False advertising. I was specifically looking for MERV 11 regardless of whether there is a significant real-life difference

I was using NaturalAire for a low cost MERV8. The price doubled to over $10 a filter, so was looking for other options. This HDX filter is as good construction if not better, thicker filtration material and half the cost.

Ordered 4 each of these 20x36 and 20x30 air filters shipped. The 20x36 were each jammed separately into their own enormous box… measuring 34” diagonally inside. Predictably 3 of 4 were mangled. DUH!!!!

What a rip off, 3 filters ordered, 3 filters damaged, dropped off without knock in door. Box was damaged and filters also damaged.

I tend to be bad about replacing my furnace filter and decided to buy this multi pack. The quality of the filters are perfect for a monthly replacement so I'm covered for three months. The price to quality was very good.

This 30 x 30 x 1 a/c filter was actually two 15 x 30 x 1 filters TAPED TOGETHER!!!! There were also no arrows pointing to show air flow. I could have done this at home for cheaper.

Every single time i order online from Hole Depot i am dissatisfied. Either the shipment is open and parts missing or just damaged beyond use

This 3-pack of HDX filters is a great deal, costs the same as two filters of the last brand I bought. They fit exactly as my previous filter. Seems to trap all the dirt and dust and the air coming out of the vents is totally clean. I have an older forced hot air system so I feel MERV 8 filters are the best choice between filtering and not straining the blower. I usually replace the filters twice a year so this 3-pack will last me awhile. Bought online and received them in 2 days.

Great filter on its own, BUT the Pro Pricing is awesome when it's offered to the public.

The HDX FPR 5 Merv 8 3 pack does a good job filtering the air to keep my air ducts, blower motor, and evaporator coil clean, without restricting the airflow too much. The price for the 3 pack is a reasonable $12.96 👍

Great product does what it was intended to do

My dad always swore by 3M, I should have stuck with that belief. This brand produces terrible filters, I bought the 3 pack of 14x14 but they’re not the correct size. They’re about a half inch short..which logistically causes the filter to fall out of the vent hole and thus not actually work or do anything at all. I had also bought the 20” which fit…better in my upstairs vent. But to my surprise when I went to change it, it wasn’t REMOTELY dusty. I wanna see that stuff being filtered out!

Tried the HDX brand when I typically use True Blue. I bought the correct size of 12x12x1 and went to put the filter in the box and it just fell into it. I still had a True Blue and put them side by side and found the HDX filters are too small. I tired several of the HDX filters I bought. I bought them weeks ago and of course did not hold onto the receipt for some simple filters.

Once again a big company has gone cheap. These HDX filters a year prior were made in USA and had 21 pleats. Now they are made in Mexico and have 19 pleats. The more pleats you have the higher airflow. Just like everything these days the quality goes down and the price goes up...sad.

Feel a big difference when you breath the air inside your home.

Just two 15” x 30” filters taped together. This reduced the surface area that was usable filter since the edges that were taped together added more cardboard. Also, no direction arrows on the side as stated but compared to the filter I was replacing and put the metal mesh on the downstream side.

Ok air filters not my first choice
