I installed this twice and both times it burst. First time was within few hours and the other within minutes. I bought a regular copper supply line and it did the job. Save yourself time guys and headaches

I had a clearance problem at the hot water outlet of my water heater. I was able to form this connector to a sharp enough bend to solve the problem

no issues with this product we will see how it works over time.

DO NOT BUY THESE HOSES! I installed these as a replacement for my cold line and hot line, and immediately after I got the water on and the tank heated up, the hot line started dripping water from the actual hose. I didn’t have time to replace it right away, so I came back expecting a few drops of water, but instead I found farther up the hose, there was a straight up hole on the neck of the hose, and it was spraying water over my AC unit and flooding the floor. I replaced both the hot and cold with steel braided line, and suggest that to anyone looking to purchase some hoses.

These are some of the best supply lines you can get for your water heater. High quality stainless steel won't kink when you need to bend it in a tight space, like thin copper or braided lines do. Not to mention, the colored epoxy coating on the lines look awesome- and they tell the story of where your cold supply and hot outlet lines are coming in and out. 24 inches is decently long, and in my case was needed because of close proximity and angles that didn't work easily. The length was used to bend from the side to straight up and then down without a kink in the lines. My cold line comes in on the left side which is the opposite of standard placement, so the colored lines will help tell the story in the distant future when this equipment needs to be serviced or replaced.

These work great - They're more expensive than the stainless flex supply that you can buy at a plumbing supply but they're a bit easier to bend and I like the red and blue colors....
