This is a beautiful cart. It's footprint is small but the storage space is really pretty significant- more than we had expected. We are VERY happy with it! Be aware that it comes in many, many pieces. The directions are very clear and easy to follow though. My daughter and I took about 3 hours to get it finished. Having a second pair of hands makes some steps easier. The only thing that keeps me from giving it an "excellent" for quality is that the cabinet doors are not even with one another. It's very odd. Everything is assembled as it should be, but there is a visible difference. We thought about trying to move the hinges on the one side but decided that the risk we'd mess something up wasn't worth it. So we'll just ignore it. But it was disappointing to see that on an otherwise beautiful piece.

So far this cabinet has been EXCELLENT! It was a little tricky in assembly, but not too bad. All of the attached pictures is with the front expansion up.

This island was purchased as extra surface for the kitchen that my husband and I are having refreshed (new floors, cabinet refacing and new countertops), and it was my first ever piece of furniture I have put together by myself. The directions and illustrations were easy to understand and I am quite pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this in a heartbeat to any one else that was looking at this product for purchase.

Straight-forward to assemble, looks really wonderful and functional. Great value for the money. So glad we purchased.

Incredibly quick and easy to assemble. The instructions were very easy to follow and the whole thing took just over 90 minutes. I like the little latches that lock the pieces together but did need to tap some of them with a hammers to get them to latch completely. The cart is sturdy, rolls smoothly and has great storage space. I'm using mine as a crafting cart and it holds my cutting machine on one shelf, 2 full size sewing machines fit on a single shelf when put in at an angle and I still have a whole shelf to use. I wasn't expecting that. The drawers are a nice size but I will be adding dividers to compartmentalize my various crafting supplies. The leaf is great and gives an excellent total surface size for cutting fabric and larger projects. My only call out is the sturdiness of the leaf concerns me a little so I will add a tension bar for additional stability. All in all, it exceeds my expectations so far and I am very pleased with the cart.

Took approx 3 hours to assemble that includes time taking pieces out and organizing them . Looks great, love coloring and fits great with our kitchen decor (appliances, cabinets etc.) My only disappointment and reason for less than 5 stars is the doors are not even , one door the holes for door placement are off . The one door does not cling to magnet for closure as the other does and if you looked it can see they are off set, but other than that I like it

Easy to assemble, sturdy and great quality. This is a great addition to my small kitchen to add more counter space and storage all in one place. I did leave the side shelf and paper towel holder off. Was curious of color prior to getting it and it is a off white. Just looking for wooden plugs to cover the holes. Very happy with this and recommend.

The Homestyles Liberty White Kitchen Island came in about five days of placing order. It was very well packaged. I only saw very minor blemishes. It took two of us to assemble and it took us a couple hours. The instructions were fairly good...there is room for improvement, but it wasn't bad instructions. They included an extra screw of every screw type. It is sturdy construction. Drawers slide in and out easily, doors close well. It looks true to the picture on the Home Depot website. For the price it is a great piece of furniture.

August 2020 - Quick delivery, everything was labeled clearly and instructions were easy to follow. I put this together myself in 2 hours. Cart was exactly as expected, nice quality and feels sturdy. My doors are also slightly misaligned (manufacturer error), but it's not terribly noticeable. Some reviews mention an odor after being taken out of the box, but mine didn't smell, thankfully. I chose not to attach the paper towel holder, and put the spice rack on the other side to suit my kitchen layout better. I like the flexibility to adjust those features as needed. Would recommend!

It is best to have another person helping as drawer pieces need to first be held together while 2nd person slides in the bottom slat that keeps all pieces together while you put screws in place. Took us 2 hrs to put together, very easy-to-follow instructions and all pieces fit exactly as they should. No gaps or misalignments. Excellent quality, not the particul (sp?) board stuff you see so often now-days. Looks great and getting compliments from pics I send out. Would highly recommend HomeStyles above all others esp over Home Decorators Collection. Those guys gave nothing but headaches on their shipping processes. (Never sent Carton 1 of 2) blah, blah, which Home Depot had to initiate resolution on their behalf. So, the excellent service and quality of this kitchen island was very much appreciated! I also want to say this island had the deepest drawers of all I looked at, so definitely getting the needed storage I paid for!

I'm really pleased with my new kitchen cart! Although it took some time to assemble, everything was there except for two small holes that were needed in order to secure the doors to stay shut. Since we had a hand drill, we just drilled the holes ourselves, attached the door fasteners and it worked perfectly. Although I have a small apartment sized kitchen, the cart works well and gives me much more needed space for storage.

I have had this cart on my radar for awhile, and I am so glad that I finally bought it. I just finished putting it together this morning, which is tedious but the instructions are simple and straight-forward, and all the pieces and screws are labelled. It was missing one set of screws but the sizing was listed on the instructions so we just went and bought some really quickly so no biggie (there’s a number listed for replacement of damaged/missing parts, but I didn’t want to wait or deal with all that over a couple screws). Also may want to keep a shopvac handy during assembly. The packaging styrofoam sheds A LOT. I love that it has a drop leaf for the option of extra prep space, love that it can move easily, love the storage space it adds to the kitchen, love the overall look of it. Its a great addition if you’re limited on counter space or just want a little extra storage. I would definitely recommend/buy again!

Although it functions, but be aware that the actual appearance is quite different from the image shown! The actual panels of doors and drawers (see image attached) DO NOT have curved edge as on the website. The doors do not align well after installation.

It is a perfect fit for a small kitchen and gave us much needed cabinet space. Took about three hours from delivery to completed assembly. The instructions were easy to follow plus the fact that I could view them online before delivery. Only issue I had is it was delivered in 1 box when 2 boxes would have been much easier to handle.

This is a beautiful and practical addition to my kitchen area. I love the extra food preparation space. Well made and easy assembly.

As stated by others, it arrived quickly, took my husband and I a little over 2 hours to assemble. MANY parts, but instructions were quite good. It is good quality, heavy wood. I opened the box where the delivery man left it and carried in the individual pieces. The only problem was that the instructions skipped over piece "W" which was critical. We figured it out, though. It holds all of the items that I had hoped it would and I am happy with it.

This kitchen cart/island arrived within 3 days after ordering. The instructions were clear with step by step details, making assembly easy. The cart is looks great in any kitchen. I opted to change the hardware to match my existing kitchen hardware and stained the wood for a darker look. I choose not to add the spice rack only because I already have one. Overall, I am very pleased with how this item turned out. Great buy!!! Totally worth it.

This is a great piece and nicely made. Looks great in my kitchen. The only reason for 4 stars is the wheels don't lock and it moves too much. Looking for a fix.

We were a little worried about the quality and how easily it would be to assemble from reviews on various kitchen carts. It took about 1.5 hours. My husband went through the inventory list and everything was there. We sorted out the pieces and it all came together easily. We had 1 extra of each screw type and shelf bracket which is appreciated. I think it is easier if you have 2 people. Everything fit together nicely. The bottom edge of one drawer was nicked but easily corrected with a Sharpie and we put that one on the bottom. We are putting it in a home we have remodeled for extra storage space. I would recommend it.
