The Hampton Bay Light was simple to install and provided plenty of light in the kitchen!

Burnt out within the first month

One of the easiest things I did, it was all done for me, I just needed to put the head in its place. I like the light this gives out because it's brighter than what I used to have previously. I like this product

Thought they would be brighter

Love this product. The design is elegant, and the lighting is very effective. And in the grand scheme of lighting, it is very affordable. When it comes time to replace other track lighting I have, I hope they are still making this product, as I would definitely use it. Best of all, the lights are LED and theoretically last for a very very long time. If that's the case, then I can stop dealing with trying to find replacement bulbs, and with finicky light fixtures where the contacts between the bulb and the fixture don't work properly.

Works great in my existing system

Great lights but the bulbs aren’t replaceable so you have to buy the whole light fixture. At $30 a pop, this gets costly! Had to replace 3 in the last 2 months. (We have 2 tracks of them) Not sure how long those lights have been in use because we’ve replaced some along the way. That’s why I deducted a star because of the replacement costs.

It took a bit of futzing to make proper contact.

We're pleased. I purchased 1 head in November and then as my spouse wanted more light (we're aging) bought a 2nd in March. Good white color. No issues.

Bright, cool, easy to instal.

These are very warm color light. It took some getting used to, after replacing fluorescent lights (which are, of course, a very cold color). The lumen output is quite low, so it took 9 of these to come close to the lumens I had experienced before. That said, the dimming capability is very worthwhile, and they worked well with a standard Lutron dimmer.

Even better than the original

Good indoor flood light. Not overwhelming. Not easy to install on older light bar.

Had to return one of 4 it did not work but had no problem having it replaced.

Nicely designed product that replaced some first generation LED devices. I wish they offered this integrated product at 5000K or above.
