Slight problem installing and the controls are a bit of a challenge

I only bought this to replace and match what I have already at my house. Problem is, California has banned incandescent bulbs, and this package States it only works with incandescent bulbs. Why are you still selling it?????????

Original item came with missing cap nuts. Replacement Hardware package for this item was no longer available which was disappointing, but it was an easy fix. All I did was buy another nut that works, even though it was not decorative. Customer Service representative Hector was excellent in his efforts and follow up.

not for LED bulbs unless bulbs are are for dimming curcuits

Returning for a replacement. I have two lamp post liights and another porch light for years and they work great with zero issues. This new one is defective & missing parts. * Missing install hardware * Missing decortive lantern bolts * Sensors & switches not working properly * Hamilton Bay customer service sucks - told to return to store, refused to diagnoise the problem.

I Love the Black Motion Sensing Lantern, but for my front porch, the Lantern doesn't fit, the top is touching the ceiling on the porch, so I need to get another Lantern that fits. I didn't think about my porch at the time of purchase, but it will have to be changed out for a lower ceiling light.

Absolutely not. The light worked with motion for 5 days. Intermittently for the next 2 days. After that…motion does not turn on light. Is there a warranty? What should I do to rectify the problem?

Do not buy these lights! I have had four of these lights. Bought three and had one replaced under warranty. All have failed after three years of use. They started out with three-year warranty and are now down to one year. All out of warranty and out of luck. First ones cost $50. Now cost $104 after a few short years. They may look good but otherwise they are junk.

I bought 5 of these and 3 of them work fine with LED bulbs. 2 of them wouldn't work correctly so I swapped out the LED bulbs with incandescent bulbs and they work fine.

Nice looking fixture, motion detection works as advertised, nice adjustments to customize sensitivity and duration.

I'd give it -1,000 stars if I could! I Bought 3 lights and 1 was completely different,,,, had to pay over $200.00 to have the electrician back out once I got the correct light!!!

Purchased this same lights over 15 years ago and was very pleased!

I replaced my old lantern with the same model. I was able to use the same wiring & bracket. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Great fixture. Just what we needed & wanted for over our garage door.

Easy to install and looks great. Dusk to dawn setting gives good light on our dark street.

These are great lights. The problem is with Q&Q; I had to take two of them back to exchange for missing or no matching parts. I finial ended up with three that worked, and they are great looking and light up the entire driveway. So the three stars are because I had to make two trips back to return and get another.

Liked the style however, it will not take LED light bulbs so we returned it.

I bought this lovely lantern but it kept strobing or not turning on with motion so I bought a 2nd one. It performs even worse, doesn't turn on at dusk and when manually turned on strobes.

I love the look and the abilities.
