The chairs are sturdy and seem like a quality product. My issue is the packaging. There is a metal box support that rubs and dents the chairs, probably during shipping and handling. After talking with customer service, who were very good, they sent another set of chairs and the same issue as the first. We had to choose 4 of the best out of 8 to keep (after a discount of course).

These are excellent. Went together perfectly and in about 10 minutes. Well packaged and very comfortable

I was disappointed with the chair cushions. It was not obvious in the description that they were NOT waterproof. I ended up buying new cushions. Also, the glider I purchased had a hole in the back with a piece of metal sticking out.

rod was too large to go through supporting brace that holds the 2 pieces together - so could not assemble either chair. Too bad because the chairs looked nice - would have really liked for them to work.

Chairs do not swivel as indicated on your website. It was very misleading. The chairs, however, are great. They are very beautiful and are of good quality, which is why I didn't send them back.

We love our two Amelia Springs chairs! Not only are they beautiful, but they are so comfortable. Our son loved them and wanted some for his house, but they are sold out on line. ☹️ If anything in the Amelia Springs becomes available we would like a few pieces.
