Great addition to our outdoor furniture
This ottoman is a great addition to our front porch. It works well with our existing furniture. It's a great height to kick back and relax. It also provides extra seating when you have a group visiting. It could also be used inside.
It is sturdy, seems very durable, and was easy to assemble.
Note that the one we got didn't have a cover for the cushion, so be sure to purchase one with a cover or get a cover separately.

Somewhat pleased
I really like the furniture however one of the cushions had a small tear on the seam after only a couple of uses. They did replace the cover but the material isn’t even the same.

Ottoman cushion - slipcover is way too small
My ottoman cushion slipcover (In chalk color) is way too small for the cushion. I hope this issue can be fixed because I already put the 2 chairs together and those were fine and we like them. Not sure what I’ll do if They can’t take care of this problem.... I’lprobably have to return all 3 pieces... bummer.

I love the ottoman, but I ordered the denim sunbrella cover and it did not fit. I had to return the whole ottoman to get a new cover and it did not fit either. Home Depot did credit me for the cover and I am going to have one made to fit.

Poor Manufacturer Quality Control
The chair was not available in any area HD and had to be ordered. When attempting to assemble it, I discovered that the back and seat of the chair were dective. The instructions direct you to call the manufactirer if this happens and not to contact Home Depot. After two phone calls and an email, the manufacturer shipped new parts. When finally assembling the chair I discovered that a bolt and anchor in the chair had damaged threads. To avoid yet another delay, I had to go to HD and purchase a tap and die set to repair the damaged threads. After repairing the threads, I successfully assembled the chair. Assembly is simple but a major pain and I am an engineer and seasoned DIYer. The chair is comfortable and looks nice but the end result is not worth the hassle and delays in getting non-defective parts that can be assembled and the painful assembly. If I had it to do all over again I would not purchase this product.

It was simple to put together and shipping was super fast. The design is even better in person. It's quite expensive looking yet it's not. My only negative is the fabric is rougher than Sunbrella, but that's not a large problem. I'll just order replacements in Sunbrella when (and if) the time comes. In the meantime, it's very attractive and goes with so many throw pillows!

Cheap Materials, Poor Craftsmanship.
Cheap quality, multiple holes misdrilled, fasteners are cheap and low grade, "wicker" is lose and tight in many places, just dangles down.
Would not purchase again unless HEAVILY discounted.
Also legs are uneven, only 3 legs touch the ground as 1 leg is 1/2" uneven compared to the rest.

$119 per table for assemby?!!
Buying two and paying almost $220 almost 50% of its value for assembly? Would like to purchase an additional coffee table and charge is also $119 to put it together? I understand set up charge but this is a steal to people with limited mobility that can't assemble a simple furniture.

A bit overpriced given the other items in Beacon Park collection provide more value for the money. However, this ottoman is necessary for the swivel rocker and makes for a super comfortable chair - ottoman duo.

Super easy to assemble. Looks great with the rest of my Hampton Bay Beacon Park.
4 stars because it is quite large and will eliminate a coffee table in my setting, but I think, I can use it as such if cushion is removed and I use a large tray instead when needed. Might even be quite nice that way. A multi-purpose ottoman!

Not easy to assemble , one of the holes for the screws did not line up. Was able to get it with great difficulty, could not have been achieved without the help of a second person.
But I love the finished product.
