Quick and easy to install. Quiet motor

This was easy to install..simple to operate..add beauty to environment..excellent price for the benefits received.

It lights up place also gives the place a different look.

The only issue with this product is the interface with a longer downrod. The available rod were a smaller size fastener. After installed, with the fasteners from old fan, Home Depot is now stocking a different rod with correct size fastener hole. The brushed nickel is a nice upgrade, with the substantial rod diameter.

Best one yet! Quite operation and functions as promised. Hampton fans always delivers....

They worked perfectly. Love them, need to get one more for another room.

I really like this fan, bought one yesterday, I could not get the fan blade bracket to seat onto the motor. It turns out one of the pair of the threaded holes were not spaced like the other 4 pairs. I called the Hampton Bay C-Service line only to find out Home Depot answers. Sienna wanted to send me a new set of blades and brackets, but like I told her, the problem is the one pair of threaded holes on the motor. We agreed that my only choice was to return and buy another brand or get an exchange for the same. I gave it a lot of thought, and almost did not want another Hampton Bay, but Ron at my Brownsville, Texas electrical dept. assured me that if I had any problem with the exchanged fan, he would make a house call at no charge to correct it, that did it. i bought this same fan again, I am glad I did, all the holes were spaced equally,it works great. I gave it a low rating for installation because of the light fixture installation, the wires are too cramp.

Thurs is a very quiet fan with no wobbling and was very easy to install. This is the second type of this ceiling fan that I've purchased. I have owned the most recent fan approximately two weeks and love it.

Good quality & fair price. Easy to install. Nice looking & works well! By the way, I’m a home owner that hates to do anything that pertains to electricity but I was able to connect and hang this fixture within an hour. All wires are “color coded “ so just connected to the like wires coming out of my electric box & walla, it was done. Loved the easy of installation!

I needed some inexpensive fans to replace some hideous fixtures in a house that I just bought. These fit the bill pretty well. While not perfect, for what they cost, these are great fans. I will probably replace them in the future when I get some bills from buying everything I needed immediately for the house, I've had these for almost 2 years, and I am happy with them for now. Pros; Attractive enough Put out a decent amount of light with the right bulbs Easy to install Quiet Inexpensive, but not "cheap" Cons; Lacking features of more expensive fans (remote for example, though you can add a kit if desired) Don't move a ton of air, even on high setting Although I think they're attractive enough, they are rather plain looking

Just purchased three fans for our guest bedrooms. Easy to put up - after putting up the first one - I "preassemble" some parts so I do not have to assemble the parts while on the ladder (assembled the light kit just before mounting into the ceiling - without the glass shades...) I also removed the fan Rubber Packing Mounts prior to ceiling installation. It was a standard ceiling mount - The models I purchased were manufactured on 3/15 - so we got fans manufactured two years ago!

Seems to be good quality fan and extremely quiet. Very easy to install in a drop ceiling application.

Ordered the Glendale online and picked it up in store the next business day. Small amount of cosmetic damage to the box but no parts damaged inside. Installed after a bit of delay due to improper mounting hardware in the ceiling from previous home owners. Instructions were simple enough to follow and installation was average in difficulty. I know some fans come with the blades pre assembled which would save some time but for $65, I won't grumble too much.

Brought this fan looking to replace the broken ceiling fan in my bedroom. The first observation was the lighting. My goodness, i was blown away at the difference between the old and new. I'm happy. I'm buying two more tomorrow.

I bought this fan as a quick fix replacement. It was very easy to install with the exception of the lighting option. I had a hard time getting the cover for the wires into place. I had to manipulate the wires several times to get the correct placement for the cover to fit. Other than that it was pretty simple. The fan required zero balancing which surprised me for being $69.99. Great fan, great price, a little bit of work.

I have this fan installed in a 13*11 ft room. The white blends perfectly with my daughters pink room and white furniture. The "Energy Star" light bulbs provides much more light then what is needed in the room (Note: Light bulbs included are not dimmable). I replaced the bulbs with dimmable LED bulbs so i can lower the room lighting, either that or take out one of the bulbs. The fan provides a great amount of breeze and the room is very comfortable, even in the peak of the hot Caribbean summer season. I've had this fan for a year now and never experienced a problem.

When the original ceiling fan in my living room died, I went online to see what was available. The old one was just the fan, with no lights. As its a large room with only 2 small windows, it would be helpful at times to have more light at night, and the wall switches were wired for a fan light already. I liked the looks of the Hampton Bay fan, and could afford the price, so I purchased it. I am a 62 yr old widow, and frankly electricity scares me. I read through the instructions, turned off the circuit breakers, and went at it. I t took me about 3 hrs. I am sure someone who knew what they were doing could have accomplished it much faster. I am totally thrilled with it though. There is no wobble, it's almost silent, turns on and off at the wall. Thank you to the gentleman at Home Depot for directing me to the fan and giving me pointers on how to proceed with the installation. I love my new fan! And if I can do it, anyone can. Bought 2 of these fans and I am very pleased with them for the price. They look nice, were fairly easy to install and function well. That said, they are not perfect. Some of the blades that I got had scratches on them coming out of the box, and it is clear that they will mark VERY easily. Thankfully none of the marks were noticeable once installed. Instalation was not the easiest I have done, but not that much of a pain. The instructions could be more clear regarding what you need to do differently if you are using the flush mount instead of the drop down. Also on one fan, one of the 4 screws that actually support the fan would not sink in all of the way. I have had it up for over a month now and have not seen any issues with this but still, it doesn't leave me with the best feeling. Overall, I think these provide an awesome value.

I like the color of the fan, and the glass on the light fixtures. The fan was very easy to install. The only thing I wish it had was longer pull chains.

This is a beautiful fan. It was easy to install and obviously well made. We started with one fan and after we saw how nice it looked we decided to replace all the fans in the house. We have replaced four of six fans with the Glendale 52" model. We had to use a different brand in one room since the Glendale didn't come in a 48" size. We left one original fan because it has an 18" down rod and didn't want to mess with it. We recently saw the Glendale fan on sale so we are considering replacing the last fan with another Glendale 52" if we can find an 18" down rod for the fan. Wonderful looking fan and we recommend it highly.

We had an electrician hang this fan in our bedroom. It’s an attractive fan at a reasonable price. We've had it over a year and have had no problems. Note that the fan blades are different on each side so you can choose the color that best suits you.
