    cabinet was received was 6 obvious defects caused during assembly such as split cross members on the face side as well as to the rear corners.I have had to return 2 different cabinets due to workmanship defects from the supplier. doubt I will ever purchase another Hampton Bay cabinet.

      DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY
      Please check online and see how poor their delivery service is. The items will arrive damaged and will arrive before the scheduled date. They wont call to tell you they’re on their way and They will forge your signature and leave it in front of your apartment building. After having $1400 worth of cabinets stolen, all home depot told me was to dispute it with my credit card. Never again.

        the drawer base was just what I was looking for, but it was not assembled at the factory properly. The top drawer was WAY off from side to side, and would not close or open properly. I had to take the cabinet apart and remount the track for the top drawer. It works better, but still not like it should. They need better quality control at the factory.

        Cabinets are very nice. Sadly, 2 of the 6 cabinets ordered were the wrong size. The wait for replacements to arrive has caused a huge delay in our remodel, had to delay our flooring and countertop installations. Still waiting. But, excited to see how beautiful our kitchen will be when completed. Only Home Depot still carry this model which saved us lots of money by not having to replace all the upper cabinets (not damaged by our flood!)

        Open the box at the store. Several of my boxes had damage and poor craftsmanship. You cannot tell unless you completely open the box and check everything really good.. also don’t expect any help loading or any advice from the staff. Convenience has a cost of quality.

        The product does not seem to ship well. I bought two and both were damaged and had to be returned. A lot of staples are used in its construction and they come out too easily when the cabinet is twisted. Would not buy this again.
