Really nice looking patio set & comfortable. Instructions to put together were helpful. Highly recommend. The box that it was delivered in is very large, look at Q& A for details on how large it is. You will need space outside for the delivery person to leave the box.

Beautiful set! Only one problem , they didnt send enough screws. U had to spend 15 more dollars to finish putting together.

I like my Laguna wicker four piece set.I was looking for a wicker patio set to replace my old set. I love the high seating and the cushion color. It’s made well. I got it on sale as a special buy. Planning to spend a lot of time entertaining family and friends.

The chairs were all but impossible to put together and both of them are defective. They are out of square and not plumb. I sent a note to Hampton Bay, but have not heard back from them. I've tried to add two photos, but files are not showing as loaded.

Outstanding look and comfort. Completes the look and feel of our boathouse.

We love this set. It's beautiful, was easy to put together and is solid and comfortable. I haven't had any problems with the wicker or the cushions, although I keep my set covered when not in use as I live in the northeast which is either cold or hot, and humid in the summer and prone to thunderstorms. For the price, this was a great purchase and we have not a single regret.

We bought this set in 2020. It has hardly been used and stored all winter. The furniture has never seen rain or snow...but clearly, that's not the enemy. The "wicker" has melted in the table as well as anywhere that there are edges on all of the furniture making the furniture not usable. I paid well over what they're asking for the furniture now and can count on how many times we have sat on the furniture. I anticipated that we would get several years out of it with good care. Not happening.

Let me start off by saying this isn't the color we ordered first. We ordered the blue and when we didn't receive anything, or any notice after about 3 weeks and called customer service 800 number a bizillion times we canceled the order. I used my name and ordered the quarry red since it was about 1/3 the price of the navy. I'm assuming this is a closeout color as there are no returns for this item. Ok so I'll make that color work! I ordered June 2 and was supposed to get it in around 13th. Nope..we it did say package 1 of 3 is in. I wasn't picking up 1 item at a time as I needed to rent a truck. So I waited and waited, and called and called endlessly. Finally one CS rep said lets replace the order this is crazy as I can see it says there are 3 shipments but they all have the same tracking! So she reorders it and I have to wait until the shipping date is past in order to call once again to find out where this new order is. This time it says 2 packages are coming and she can see the are both in transit and to wait until after the weekend and maybe they'll be there :( Well I decide to call the store because I got a text that 1 box is there. They go out to the warehouse to look and yup, low and behold EVERYTHING is in one box! So don't believe it is in several boxes because it isn't! This is an error on HD's part and a computer error if anything so...this needs to be corrected!!! It went together perfectly and easy. They are self screws that are all metal, no plastic. The top to the storage needs adjusting, thankfully my husband knew how to do that. All the metal parts were covered in plastic caps to protect everything. Cushions are nice and thick, just over 5''. Comfortable for my short legs, no dangling :)

Very pleased with the furniture. I had it delivered and assembled. The delivery was poor. That’s why only a good rating. But the fellow who assembled it was fantastic!

Straight forward assembly (some fit up skills are needed). Pieces aligned well (be sure that the post is inserted into its mating collar). Very comfortable cushions. Looks great on our porch. It would have been nice to store the cushions into the table but not a dealbreaker.

Very good quality for furniture and cushions. Hampton Bay never disappoints!
